An Okay BPO, If you are not getting selected anywhere this is the place to start earning some chump change . Recruiting process is slow and tiring so take your whole day off to come and try here, also bring a fidget toy with you because you would be waiting a loooong time on seat with no one attenting you, but other than that nice place to work for few months while you think where to go next.

Hi Allwho all here come to read review for this organization this is the worst i wish i could give 0 zero star never join their IT TEAM its not Information Technology for them its like Labour work make inventory transfer system hardware first floor to upper floor even still they are using MS office10 & 3 and during interview they would question like AWS Linux Server DHCP DNS Bla bla like they r going to give u a server Admin Role but only u have to do is lobour work without any rest. Its a humble request to all please dont join this company. its a wastage of time no work timing ..

I dont know much about altars but I do know about ienergizer, aptara falls under the building of ienergizer.. ienergizer is cool, soni believe that aptara will be cool as well

This company does not deserve even a single star. I wish i didnt have wasted my almost going to be 2 years there with my wishful thinking of getting an appraisal. Theyll retain you by making promises theyll never fulfil. Theyll pressurise you to work your sweat off but wont give an extra dime for that. This is only a employer centric place and is a better place only for the newbies (Experienced peeps, stay out of it!). They even do away with primary amenities such as hygienic washrooms and a clean cafeteria (I have literally seen insects and bugs crawling in the food they served). In spite of being an amazing performer (which they kept telling me throughtout my time there), my manager and my TL ignored me like anything on my last working days. Felt so hurtful. They even lack the decency of normal human behaviour. I only wish i could get my time back.

3yrs long journey but very bad experience with this company...No Increment from last 2yrs, frustrated management, No Facilities, No Parking (Highly Paid Parking), Management not good, Seniors are good but their managers and DGMs are not good, your performance doesnt work only buttering works, Cant walk in ground (park Aera) even you cant stand over-there, in case you found then warring letter will be issued to you.Its really shocking... but its Aptara and employees love this company due to office environment and no other options in market.

Very bad management who harass employees very badly unrealistic targets, prefer temporary employees, vendors, terminate old employees at their will, keep on hiring and firing, no leaves, no overtime, no bonus, no gifts, you are forced to work even 4 shifts, no social life, no work life balance, hard to get leaves, not even provide tea, charges money for parking, very poor transport, heavy cost cutting, not even provide proper light, very bad chairs broken chairs to sit, even computers are less and outdated, very bad canteen really a hell for employees, employees are forced to work even on Sunday, holidays, only people who butter heavily with alcohol, chicken may survive, not proper training, odd working hours shifts

Very very bad experience . On Friday evening I asked hr of the company regarding HTML profile, and she told me that there are vacancies available and told me to come for the interview on Monday. And when I came on Monday for the interview they told me there is no such vacancy for this profile . They dont even feel sorry about their mistake. Bad experience.
