The worst store ever. I have been to other Inc.5 store,staffs have been more co-operative and polite.But at DLF mall of India, at this Inc.5 store, You can not trust their staffs. They are the biggest thieves.They can fool you , just to sell their products.

You can find variety of Shoes and Bags here for men and women. I bought a pair. Even I bought a pair, but still I feel the collection it has is not much interesting. I would suggest one must visit other shoe showrooms as well within the mall before making final purchase.

Not a worthy place to shop. It’s not the brand but it’s people including their manager. Non-cooperative, Not interested in selling their product & yes will try to fool you by selling defective products. I’m Sure they won’t even repair shoes as they say within their warranty period. We ordered a shoe in a particular size that wasn’t available and didn’t get it at first, later they showed me a defective piece and were after my life to buy it. Demanded advance for another piece and mentioned clearly that they won’t be giving the advances back if another piece also defective.Got the same item from their South X store & staff was very much co-operative.

Salesman dont have the courtesy and are rude, when asked about the manager, he is on leave for a week, which means noone to take care of the store for that period

Poor quality of Inc.5 (as brand) ladies footwear...substandard servicing...will suggest to not to buy Inc. 5 footwear..i bought a slipper, and in less than a week it was peeled off. I got them repaired in a month and on next very day the stones over the slipper came out... cheap quality of footwear with high price.

Absolute scam. The staff are a bunch of liars. I placed an order for 1 pair of shoes which were not available. They took the full amount from me and never delivered it on time. NEVER give full money to these guys. They are crooks.
