I quite didnt like the box they packed it in. It was not tidely given and packed. I didnt like their cold behaviour. I bought a quite expensive Shoe. But still The experience wasnt really good.

Bought a white pair and the quality is so poor it got lines and scratches in just one use...every time i wear it the fabric gets worse...not sure if i will ever be confident to buy any pair of shoes from CK.

Poor customer care. Selected a bag and kept it with the attendant and while shopping for other things while being within 10 feet of them, some other attendant Ritam proceeded to sell that selected bag to some other customer (he didnt even bother to tell us or inform us). When I asked what stupidity is this, they are looking sheepishly at each other. Then they dont have a fresh piece also. Next, they keep you waiting also to check the inventory but to no avail. Store manager was equally inept and inadequate to help out, he was actually outside the score gossiping nonchalantly. Poor and pathetic service.

Quality of handbags are really nice. Their footwear collection is mesmerizing. Theyre a little expensive but they are durable.

Love the bags and shoes, collection, is really awesome, but.......a brand should also look after the customer, after the sales , that is how customer gets hooked more to the brand. Had a very bad experience on monday 15.07.2019 at about 17.00 hours, I walked into DLF store enquiring about the cleaning/polishing of my black tote bag bought in March 2019, i was directed to the store manager I suppose. He started saying it’s not a big thing one can do it on its own at home and gave various methods to do it.When I insisted that i want it to be done at the store , he instantly told me Polishing material is out of stock and he doesn’t know when he will get it , i told him that I don’t mind paying but no solution came upAt the end i told him if i would have bought something from the store, my work would have been done, to which loudly spoke to me .....this all is in your mind and you think so and this is not in his mind and bluntly walked off.Very roud behaviour and now this will prevent me entering in the storeCharles and keith you have lost a customer
