They are frauds....They have taken the money and not given possession since 2018. Also when I ask them to cancel my flat after that they are not responsive and they are not picking the call as well and not replying to the mail. All the members in this project are frauds.

This is the new handle created by the developer and the old handle is some how not visible. The old handle is will all real feedback from the buyers and this one is with the feedback of staffs.Avoid buying this property, this is delayed and not progressing at all. Once you are on boarded builder is not in a position to even give you fake promise. He has wasted my time by calling me in the office in the name of solving the problems, but he actually have no intent to solve the issues because he expect you to forget your loss and support him by keeping silence.Look for facebook buyer page for genuine feedback. Future estate and rhythm County Buyers GroupEvery Saturday and Sunday people are planning to stand to protest so that new buyers can be saved from this Thug.However some important factsTower I - In 2015 tower I was ready till 6th floor, and the biggest flat was of 1395 Sq Ft. Interesting that after it was taken over by rhythm county same flat has been increased to 1500 Sq Ft. Now think how is it possible to increase the flat side without altering anything and using the same structure.Tower F - It was a 1460 unit and only foundation was laid and after 1st floor construction it got converted into 1490 Sq. Ft. Interestingly after it is taken over by Sunil Arora 1490 unit has become 1590 sq ft. Again without altering the outer structure 100 Sq ft included in the flats.I dont think Sanjay Rana of future estate can make this calculation mistake.10 Flats per floor is getting impacted between g,h,I and f (only 3 bhk unit, 2bhk details I dont have). Now lets calculate 20 floor and 10 flat per floor comes out to be 200 Flats and now multiply it by 100 sq ft it will become 20000 sq ft. If you consider 2500 per sq ft rate this 20000 sq ft will translate into 5Cr. Without doing anything by simply altering the size in the brochure this guy is making 5Cr.Additionally in 2018 i got a quote for tower I which shows size to 1395 sq ft only, six months before rhythm printer the new template to dupe customers.This is a scam!

I have invested in this project in 2015, this project was to be delivered in 2017 end but still we are struggling for the possession.Since 2018, every year end was planned for the possession, even 2020 is also planned for possession but no progress in project.I dont know when we will get our invested money back in term of flat.
