I have visited the site site last Sunday; got to know that construction is being done by Leighton and more impressed to know that its century old international construction company. So I have booked a unit in their X mall. Personally I feel a Mall is required to be built on expressway, we cant rush every time to sector 18. All the very Best to Bayaweaver.

100% genuine company. People who say it is fraud are misinformed. Construction was stopped and they faced some problems because of NGT stall but that was a thing of the past. BOP/Bayaweaver are cheater. Dont deal with them!!! They have collected money from many investors including myself fraudulently for the project HOME. The land for the project HOME is not even registered in their name and now not refunding back/fulfilling their commitments as per the buyback agreement.All the good review about Bayaweaver /BOP are paid review. So never trust them as I did.‪Biggest cheater in india is Bayaweaver / BOP.. they take money from customers including myself and not returning back under buy back scheme.. they are continuously cheating people in the name of high interest and nice flats but reality is that they fake.‬

Good fix returns plan and interest is guaranteed by ICICI bank. OMG project is fully funded by IIFL and land is owned by developers.

Construction at the project is going quite well, this seems to be a very good investment opportunity for retail businesses.

This group is not a place to work, they are habitual to forfit peoples money. When I got a call for interview, my all colleagues ask me, not to join here, they do not give salary on time, even they forfitted their channel partners commission. But still I ignore all. And joined on fix salary for 03 months, and after after that 28 days without any valid reason they ask me to resign.It was March -18. And I m following them till now. No response. I ask your staff meri Amit mahvi ji se baat kar do. But shayd lagta hai, unhi ki intension nahi h paise dene ki.. Mahvi ji mere saath jo Kiya so Kiya aapne. Apne investors Ko time par pls Bana ke de Dena.

Fraud company . I invested money since 2014, till now construction is not started. Personally advise to investor - if you want to invest in this project, be prepare to go court for getting return from the Builder.
