If they tell you that they will make it possible for your novel to be published by a good publisher, then they would be lying. They will try for the best publishers, then the average ones, and if you are a new author like me, then in the end paid publishing will be only be the choice, which anyway you can do it on your own. You dont need to pay 20k to them for coming to this conclusion. Think 100 times before you trust their words.
