And GsT is not applicable on medicinesSimply they are adding an unnesasary tax which gets discounted in 12%In 110 , there s no other medical shop which imposes GST on your bill. This is the TRICK GAME OF PEOPLE IN THE SHOP.

Run more like a lala store than lk a chemist shop.Staff lacks knowledge of medicines n half of the time they dont hv medicines. They hv all generics n basic like cough syrup but the moment u nd a heart ailment medicine....it sounds alien to them.

I have seen the bills from Soul Pharmacy and THEY GIVE YOU BREAKUP OF GST AND GROSS PRICE ( MRP Consists of GST and Gross Price) . Sir, YOU NEED TO CHECK AGAIN. THIS BILL FORMAT IS AS PER THE GUIDELINES OF GST.THEY SELL MRP ITEMS, SIMPLE CHECK IS TOTAL MRP of all the items you purchased and Discount it by 12% (for medicine). Do you get the discount or not. BHOOL K BHI MAT JANA..NA Na BILKUL NAHI ..Very very very bad experience.. Name hai soul pharmacy.. But they dont have soul.. My 3 years old baby was very sick last day. I visit their store for medicine. Pehle to Jo Dr. .ne medicine likhi thi syrup ki jagah drops de di. Fir jab Dr. KO check krvaya than Dr. Said drops nahi syrup likha hai.. Change krwao.Same medicine nahi thi to wahan jo store Per medicine de rha tha he said medicine to nahi hai change krwa lo medicine. My baby didnt feel well he had 102 fever fir bhi ye log ghumate rahy. Uske baad my baby started wommet and he wommet on me from neck to toe right .. Baby ko ya mujhy help kerne ki jagah they said maam aap ye wommet ko pocha lgao .. Like seriously it was like hell.. Baby ko rota hua rehne doon or pocha laga k saaf krun floor. Meri condition wommet k ker k thik nahi thi because all my clothes were wet and stinking.. Or Ye log mujhy tissue tak nahi de paye jis se main pehle apne hand KO clean ker sakti .. Bus mopping k liye clothes find me lagy rahy. . That was very cheap behavior .. Shame less.MAT JANAAap bhi agar jada bimar ho to yahan se medicine lene MAT JANA..
