Amazing service! The products are of high quality as well.

They are bunch of thieves, they does not talk to you properly once the sale is done. they will sell you additional warranty, etc,etc and the laptop got crashed (hard drive- all data lost) within 4 months. Then the store owner talked to us rudely as we are begging for something. He disconnected the call saying dont call again and go to hell. Please dont buy from this store. Also dont buy lenovo products, they use cheap quality items which does not sustain for even 4 months. And lenovo does not suppport anything. You keep them calling, they will keep disconnecting.

Worst Acer pre sale service, booked Acer Predator X34 monitor and waited 2 months for it and the BDM Sukesh Sharma said it will take maximum 20-30 days later he start giving false hope and silly excuses. Thank god I finally cancelled the unit, what if I need to get after sale service from Acer.
