Its a multi level office complex , situated at sector 16 noida, right behind Savoy suites.It has offices like Kalkine, Viki rakuten etc

Invested in one of Logix residential properties. Got stuck with huge delay in completion. Took couple of years to find a decent re-purchase deal since the promoters started selling unsold inventories at lower than before price. Quality of construction is fairly good.

Main Office building looks good. Many offices situated here. In particular Logix project office needs renovation as being a builder himself, Logix should showcase best of interiors. Further project staff is not cooperative with customers. They treat buyers in a shabby manner. They offer no water no tea. Long wait for any work execution.

Corporate hub, perfect place for IT companies. Situated just opposite the Sector 16 Metro station. Good place.

Regular corporate building near Noida Sector 18 metro. It has offices of companies in technology space like icra, eseye, kalkine, E team etc. Paid parking is available just outaide the park and commutation is not at a challenge.

Nice business park where there are a lot of companies are located in this building. Youll find eTeam Info Services and Diverse LYNX staffing companies in this building. There are other stock marketing offices and tourism company is also there. It also has many guards available to see of parking vehicles and two shops are also available outside in the building. 1 is of fruit juice and shakes and snacks other shop provides cigarettes, cold coffee, hot coffee and many other snacks as well. They also have ice cream parlor. In basement youll find 1 restaurant with tasty food but the prices area bit high. It also has a public toilet and balcony type area so that you can walk around. Most of the offices have night shifts and its safe in the night outside this building. DUCAT, JustDial, McDonalds are near by locations.

You will find hub of companies. Its very near to Noida sector 16 metro station. 5 mins of walking distance.

I worked in a logix park, as a software engineer and the environment is good, we have many option for eating and the best part is , it is near metro station and mac d food corner

Logix Park headquarters is located in Sector 16, Noida. The Logix park is involved in real estate where they had handed over various housing projects like Blossom Green etc, mostly on Noida- Greater Noida expressway. They have also completed few commercial projects.The Blossoms green project has been delayed considerably by the company and is now being handed over in a phased manner, as per tower.The office is located at walking distance from sector 16 metro station on blue line. People using Magenta line can change over to blue line at Botanical Garden metro station. The office is close to the shopping hub of the Noida(Sector - 18, Atta Market).Office staff dealing with the project is always under treamondous pressure by the people whose housing projects have been delayed unreasonably long.If you have not invested in Logix park projects better wait before they clear pending projects.

Very far from metro station. Get down at either Chattarpur or Guru Dronacharya station and take cab to reach the logix park.

Good construction having more than 3 companies. I gone for interview at eTeam. Just walkable distance from Noida sector 16 metro station and its in the back side of Mc Donalds.
