Just horrible experience. The guys promised delivery of glasses and they were delayed. What makes it worse is the attitude of the staff at the shop. Pathetic, rude and unconcerned people. I asked them to share the owners number to report and give feedback and it was denied as well. Will definitely not recommend this shop in that God forsaken dirty market. Better to get them from a more professional store.Im writing a top up on my review. There has been clear deficiency in service. They are ill-equipped to even set the bavel of the lenses. Just spooled the look of my expensive glasses. And yes, they even charged me in advance post which they refuse to rectify the defect and give me correctly set lenses.
