They are selling Momos instead of glasses I specially came here to get a new pair of sunglasses but instead got 1 plate of veg momos

I have had a very bad experience with Bonton opticians. I had brought a lacoste frame and had got crizal UV prescription lens fitted into them. Since i was travelling, i did not notice that the technician had damaged the head of the screw which tightens the lens. After i reached my destination which is out of india, after almost a year the anti glare coating has started to peel on its own and now i am having difficulty in vision. I am very disappointed, but since i am outside India, i cannot do anything about it. You have lost a customer here Bonton.

I bought spects from this shop and crizal lens pair.You wouldn’t believe the lens had scratches on it in just 6 months. There was warranty on the lens and we went for its replacement. The guy who had sold us the lens flatly rejected telling me that you have rugged the lenses and now it cannot be replaced. When i showed him online that crizal gives scratch warranty as well and the lens are anti scratch he didn’t even want to see that. I doubt he had sold me an original lens.The glasses were so bad it started to leave the painting. When I showed him that, he said these are low cost glasses. I said it means you do not maintain any standard of your glasses, it means you have no threshold standard for manufacturing glasses. Buying glasses from you is as good as buying it from the streets because even they make it cost effective without maintaining any standards, the guy had no reply. I told him this is the first and the last purchase from your shop and left the shop seeing that my arguments are gonna do no good to me because they are a fake shop who sell duplicate products.
