This organisation has the ability to suck life out of the employees(in this case me). They dont pay up incentives on time, for what I experienced, I wasnt paid incentives. Although it did provide me with a few learnings too, about toxic work culture.Stay away, stay safe, stay healthy! :)

Worst Company I have given interview for. They call saying the position is urgent and the let you sit for hours and then once the HR arrives for the 1st round she let you know yawning that you need to negotiate your current salary. Thew HR i would not mention her name but was a DUMB.

I have not worked for this so called company, but my interactions with the recruiters speak volumes. They are unprofessional, cant speak good English, are dishonest and in short NOT EVEN THE LAST PERSON you want to talk with. Then again. this is true of 99.99 Percent of India based IT companies, and it has nothing to do with size. The biggest of them TCS (Tata consultancy Services) is AS BAD as the one operating from a two room apartment in any part of India. My advice: When you hear a brown guy calling -------- RUN !!

I attended interview here. The HR is very unprofessional he started calling me and felt he was knowingly disturbing me on call. HR Muntazir Firdous is very cheap person and is very very unprofessional. He has no clue of taking interview. How this company having such type of cheap people in their system. Worst place. Never apply here.

Worst organisation.Went for the interview today. Asked me to wait for a really long time and HR came asked me the questions which I have already told them during first call. After waiting for 30 mins technical round finally happened and after clearing it they said dont have the bandwidth for the expected ctc (why did you call me for the interview) . HR tried her best to convince me to join at the lesser package than my current one(WHAT!!). Such a shear time waste .Do not go for interviews guys!

Worst experience with this company. They first take 4-5 hour for 10-15 min interview. And when you get selected and after all documents verification they cancel your joining without any valid reason. I went for the interview of recruiter,after sitting for more than half an hour my recruiter came and asked to fill form.. after filling the form I waited again for more than half an hour.then another recruiter came and asked me to wait.after waiting for more than 1hr guard asked me to leave as they had a client visit.if they have the client visit why did they called me..shear wastage of time

I never worked in this company but i received a call, then i visited their website and saw Gautam Ramdev name as executive. I worked with him in Aon hewitt and he got me terminated on false grounds. then i decided not to go there. If the management team is pathetic and without ethics , you can understand about the company atmosphere.
