Clovia not delivered prepaid order and not intitaite refund. Worst application and official website. And not positive response

My order is not completed and my order has been removed from my orders section. I have already paid for the order. My money has gone itno waste completely. Nobody is answering to my calls, emails and whatsapp messages. Very very very bad service. I wont recommend it to anybody.

Number one cheater they are. I have placed the order on 15th April and till date I have not rec the order. Even there customer care people are stupid who has one pet line- you will rec soon from last one week. Even they dnt have the policy of cancel.

Worst than ever app in the segment. Pls dont download this app ever once u will download n make an order post that u wont be able to return or exchange. They will block ur money even if you initiate refund in your Wallet.

I really had a worst experience with clovia. Please dont waste your money buying product from this ecommerce site. I ordered on 8th May and till now I am just only waiting for my product to be delivered. They neither respond you over the email nor over the call or through text. The consignment number they sent me through text that is also wrong. The customer support services of this leading brand is really bad. Please dont trust on the clovia team as they dont give you exact status of your or even they will never give answer of your query over the email. I am really fed up by following up with them in every possible way but they are not delivering my product. So please dont buy anything from this. Just save your money. Highly disappointed and will never recommend this brand to anyone.

I really appreciate the way Clovia considers complaints from customers. This is first time I ordered Clovia products. One of the product was not upto the mark. Based on my feedback, Clovia Customer Delight Team did contact me and inquired about the details of the issue I faced. Once I clarified with photographs, they immediately offered me to choose one more product as a compensation for the damaged product. This new product was delivered within promised time range and this is really as good as I checked in their website. I have no further issue and I am very happy with this customer friendly service of Clovia. Thanks Clovia. Waiting for more pretty summer collections !!

I purchased 1 set of 4 Bras for Rs. 599 & and a set of 2 Bras of PremiumIt is too good. The material is excellent with a style. Its really awesome. I even told many of my friends & relatives and given them the link to go thru the products and buy. The scheme available is also very good. Lots of style for selection. Its worth.

The fit is not that great, I always wear the size that I ordered but the ones sent by Clovia was relatively smaller, so I needed to really adjust the straps but the quality is decent. The most surprising part was the delivery. I was told that there would be a delay so I was prepared for it, but it came pretty quick. Over all it was a good experience. I wish the fit was better

Poor services! Looking at all the reviews it feels like they are planning on running away with the money without giving the ordered products.

The services are very bad! I have written two mails to them regarding my order which is 10 days late and still not dispatched. They are not providing COD and not even dispatching the order on the estimated delivery date.

I had never bought lingerie online, but seeing the designs and colours of Clovia, I got tempted. I ordered 4 bras. There was a slight mismatch in my size and the size suggested by Clovia, so they undertook to exchange immediately.The product even though was showing has been delivered to me me but actually hadnt reached me so Clovia sent me replacement for those pieces immediately.I would highly recommend Clovia to all. They have wonderful people manning their customer service , their dispatch and delivery is also very prompt and the best part is the range of colours, the catchy designs and the perfect fit.

Cheater, very bad experience from cloviaI have ordered 4+1=5 items pack and when I got the delivery I get only 4 items. After that I contact to the customer care and aware with my problem (request to send remaining item) and they reply me we have already processed the purchased items and delivered it successfully from our end so we are unable to process the same again.

You people are so unprofessional. I have placed a order on 13/08/2019 of 1520/- on your application. That was notified to me that i will get my order by 18/08/2019. Still day by day the delivery date was excedding. And my ordered was not shipped by clovia end . Everytime i call on customer care they people just make a fool of customer by saying it will b dispatched today or tomorrow . Atlast i cancelled my order. This is so pathetic. For the very first time i am facing this issue with any online shopping website. I give you people zero rating.

I liked the fast service, good quality of the bras. The only problem I had was the sizing. Ordered for a particular size, but some didnt fit, while others fit perfectly. Very good. Shopped 4 times. Had good experience 3 times. But first time, free gift worth 1000/- was faulty and refused to replace (as they said everyone who had that gift is not happy and that whole stock is faulty and we cannot exchange with something else) and one out of three times, I was not given free gifts when I referred a friend as described under Friends with benefits. Called 10 times but I was told appropriate person has been notified and you will receive email but I never received.But Overall good experience with Clovia. Prices are reasonable as well.

Hello Clovia ......I would like thank the total Clovia Team, for providing Lingerie items of very good quality and stylish as well as. But there is one problem with respect to size fitness of the product. In case of Briefs there is no problem, where as for Bikini and Thongs kind of items I am facing problem with respect to waist size. Hence, if these are provided with Adjustable lace/belt ( as in Bras) , so that the customer can adjust the belt/lace as per her waist for proper fitting. As off now I already purchase 5 thongs item for both the L & XL sizes, but still I am not comfortable to the fitness. So request you, to include the product with adjustable lace/belt ( as in Bras) for proper fitness regardless of the sizes whether L or XL. Believe that you will consider the suggestion..Thanks
