I am surprised to see that Arvind gift cards can be used only on MRP as informed by the Showroom. I shall not recommend to buy these gift cards ever. I had a Re 2000 gift card which I had to redeem for an ordinary product that too after paying 400 more.(All fresh products overpriced). Similar items were available under buy one get two offer in the same outlet for non-gift card purchase. Feeling dissatisfied.

Owsm collection and suitable price with nice staffing

The review below is specifically for Arrow in GIP.Arrow is running offer of TEN, but if you buy suite they will give you Peter England Suite cover. I am not sure if this is done by the company or by this outlet. Even after asking for Arrow cover they replied they dont have Arrow cover I have to take Peter England cover.I think they might be buying these suites from Peter England and selling it in offer by just changing Arrow tags.I am really not happy from the brand like Arrow.Gaurav

If you have earned Arrow points being an excellent customer..never visit this store..the staff there talks in code words and would make all excuses when it comes to redeeming points.The cashier Mr.Rawat is a rude person..You can ignore this outlet in GIP..

Collections are limited as compare to other Arrow outlet also they have only one trail room. Showroom is bit messy too due to lot of packed items.
