My wife subscribed for the Laser Treatment. First meeting, Dr. Gunjan was very sweet talker. She talked us in paying full amount including future sittings as well.(combined package).Now we are stuck with this doctor. It has been 4 sittings, Dr. Gunjan met us only at first sitting. Rest of the procedures are done by local staff. We ask for the appointment, Dr. commits a time and when we arrive no one is available at the facility. After lots of follow-up on call, staff living nearby arrives and says that she was sleeping and got to know about the appointment just 30 minutes before so, it is not my fault. I mean wow, not a single thread of coordination between Doctor and her staff.Please be aware, with same amount you can avail services from other clinic with much better customer satisfaction.

For the first time I went to Dr. Nishant it was extremely satisfying experience due to the fact he immediately responded to my appointment by whatsapp. Secondly, just by one observation he promptly identified the problem of my bigtoe nail having fungal infection apart from its ingrowing that was giving so much pain. The colour of nail changed from black to normal within 3 months with proper medication prescribed by him.. But the problem of ingrown nail was solved through its removal.
