I scheduled a visit to Zolo ambience to check the rooms. I was shown a room which was spacious. But when I shifted to Zolo, I was moved to a different room which is having no almirah and the washroom has no space. The customer support wont be helping you. I would not recommend anyone for this Zolo property. Worst experience I could have expected.

Have been staying here for a while. Caretaker is good. Has a sense of all the problems faced by residents. Has always helped. Electricity is never an issue here. Great place to stay

Exquisite property with wonderful amenities. The staff makes you feel home like and the food is to just die for. Highest recommendation for working people.

They wont give you the complete information. On the app there is no where mentioned about the Ac charges (600 INR), booking charges (1000 INR) and the payment you make wont get updated untill 4 days and you cant give the notice for leave untill the payment is updated.The worst customer care support ever.In short i paid 8000rs instead of 5500.Very disappointed 😣😣

Nice, decent, clean property with 2 times food in weekdays & 3 times on weekend. Zolo recreational area with Indoor games made this property unique.

Great place to stay for working professional and students . zolo provides great service and the staff is well mannered and polite and customer queries are resolved on prior basis.
