One of the poor after sale service warranty is just merely a drama stunt for them!Just they want to sell there cheap bags with maximum discount after that its the headache of customer. Poor brand guys please dont buy there products. They dont provide bills or warranty on email or phone just they will provide physical copy and after 3-4 years later they would ask for the original copy when you would ask for any kind of assistance. Do you think in the digital world you would be able to hold a paper for 4-5 years. LolI am a poor sufferer of their after sale service.
