Large and old soceity. You will see bad construction. Maintenance and supporting point is good. If you take H,I & J block towards road facing, you will get amazing view at any time. Market is very good, crowded place, ambience get good in weekends evening.

The Security people have no sense of responsibility apart from just collecting your basic information that too to save themselves from any future problems. The Golf City Plus should have more specifications available to ease out to locate the plot according areas.

Good place with ample of street vendors clothing foods and also nice shops .Though cloth vendor variety is better in princely state

Could have given negative rating. One of the worst apartments in Noida. The construction is extremely poor, you touch anything and it keeps breaking, the flats are congested, the spacing between the flats is also way too less. Tech wise there is nothing here, to find out covid cases nearby you have to ask the security guard (almost all societies use mygate app etc for such tracking) , really this is 2021! The entry charge is also way too high here, you can look out for better options for renting and investing here is obviously not worth it. Also there is a big drainage canal at the market area entrance making the whole place stinky and gross. Its too bad that even the amrapali flats are better than this.

This is an apartment building in sector 71 Noida. It has basic amenities including parking and lift but apart from that it doesnt provide amenities like club house, gym and swimming pool. The authorities say that these amenities are being build but from past 1 year or so the construction work is going on. Overall this apartment is still under construction hence portraying it in a bad manner.

This place is good. Rent is also in budget for almost all. And market having all the necessary shops and good food services..

Approaching was easy and home towers were fking huge. Was a good place, would love to buy a house or rent one there.

Poor construction. Zero maintenance. No Power Back-Up. Fluctuations aver VERY HIGH. NO SECURITY. Single lift is available. Dogs road around the flats in the building as well. If you order something in the morning, you might NOT find that later. DO NOT plan to shift here.

Poor maintenance services, rules and regulations changes every hours, poor security, poor construction if you hang any thing on wall there is no guarantee when it will be fallen down,high electricity bill if you run 1.5 ton ac for 8 hours you will get minimum 6000 INR bill pet month, 2nd basement for parking is full of rubbish and lots of water leakage is there.

BUILDER has provided single LIFT that too remains shut at least 12 hours. No PERMANENT POWER DISTRIBUTION systems. Only temporary SUPPLY. POWER fluctuations are very high. Many electronics devices failed. During summers AC failure is common. only lose.

Centrally located. Good market nearby. Spacious, green area.
