The staff on the counter are clearly overworked by the owners. Their smiles are gone and seem to be doing us a favor.

A very good store...with all the day to day needs available. You can definitely find almost everything from cleaners to eateries. They also have wide range of snacks which is loved by everyone. They even give the facility of home delivery in nearby sectors and in ATS One Hamlet...so you can call them and tell them what to bring according to your needs and they will deliver it to your door. They also offer a needs24 card which gives you some cashback on every purchase from the store. They also have a large variety of dairy products which makes it even more convenient for the people living near ATS One Hamlet and also the sectors near that area like Sector 108 ,Sector 105 etc. The variety of beverages they have in their store are really very good and you can always visit this place for more. Payment methods include payment via Paytm ,Card or cash..so you can pay via the method you are convineint with. So overall it is a very good store for people of that area and offers a great help to peoples comfort and day to day needs.

I got a pack of rotten egg twice, first at the counter itself while putting it in my basket i smelled a foul smell opened the egg pack and it was smelling like hell , the guy at the counter replaced it making a excuse of a broken egg inside the pack of 6. Second i ordered it at home and found 3 of the 6 egg rotten completely , i visited the store in ATS , and they gave a excuse that its a issue with the vendor from where they are getting these eggs and gave me a fresh egg almost doing me a big favour. The point is since the store os located in ATS premises so they potray like a big posh grocery store charging to the core but actually they lack quality and honesty.

All the apples delivered were rotten. I have been a regular customer. But I am extremely dissapointed with their behaviour this time. And, this is not the first time - few days back also, they delivered rotten stuff. The quality is depriciating day by day. Bad experiences. I have captured the pic of the apples but I dont find any space to post.
