Bought RCA TV on 17 October. TV is good. But one of the remote smart remote was non functional. Booked complaint twice. First complaint made on 21 October, a technician visited and declared remote have to be replaced but complaint was closed. Second time booked on 19 November but till this date 16 December no resolution every time get a false promise when call at customer care who otherwise dont care to resolve the problem at earliest. After sale service is not efficient. Hope that someone will listen.
