On 15th Sep, 2021 I had interview for the position of Automation Engineer, it was being taken by Vishal Saxena. Thing which shocked me why he was asking for CTC and Expected CTC, anyway I told him. By that time only, I realized he is not going to shortlist me because of his ego issue, How can a person get more salary than me for the same job. I hope higher team will take serious action on this.

Given interview for plsql postion, answered conceptual questionas and made query. they are looking for someone who mug up all the complex syntax.

TSYS is a good place to work. Many good facilities. Its in the second building of steller it park. Tsys focus a lot on information security due to its payment related work. Tsys promotes open culture. The fooding situation is not too good overall but if you bring Tiffins then no problemo!

Very good company on a global scale,Good acquisitions made recently.Really disappointed by the Indian management.They took 4 interviews, discussed salary and never returned a call.And the joke is after two years still they are calling for the same job vacancy!

Dont know whats the problem in HR DEPARTMENT. They call you first.then take interview after that they will do the salary negotiation and tell you they will call u in coming week for the further process and do nothing after that.no communication...not responding to any email....what kind of international organisation does that...i have no idea

Hiring process is not professional, in my case hr said come for direct f2f round but when I reached there I found there were around 50 candidates and they then said we will take written round to eliminate the candidates..however I cleared the written.
