Detailed feedback follows below.Things they should continue doing :-1. goal-based portfolio planning and management rather than a bulk single portfolio. This is the key to their strategy and they do a good job of explaining this.2. good personalised engagement & initial planning, explaining why certain funds are chosen. They are receptive to investing in alternative funds of similar class if you didnt feel too inclined due to TER or other reasons. No hard sell on any funds or policies.3. handle admin paperwork and leg work esp for insurance policies.4. setting realistic return expectations whilst prioritizing capital preservation5. strictly set a maximum limit on the number of customers they can take on unlike some other firms.Things they can change/do better :-1. understand NRI personal finance situations better for different countries so they create a more knowledgeable and reliable first impression. They could have individuals specialise in different countries like USA, UK, middle-east, Aus etc. so those individuals can handle the initial client engagement questions better esp. from view point of assets exposure to a particular geography/markets.2. build a better website dashboard that shows clear returns on individual funds.

Please find below my observation, if you feel helpful then please hit the helpful button.1) Customer is God for them till you don’t make the payment.2) Team is very professional they do not respond to your query on Saturday and Sunday even if you request them for a callback. But if you are a salaried person then you will relate it because a salaried person only gets Sundays and Sunday time to plan such kind of activity.3) They say that they are financial Planer but there is no planning word in their dictionary. Ex: When you’ll tell your planner well in advance that I am supposed to get the X amount in a couple of days then the usual response you will get is “will see, let it come”.4) Now the amount is in your account and if you inform your planer to plan then the response will be“ Sir, park this amount in your existing plan only.”Here my point is what is the use of informing you if you always have the same response.5) If you are a new joiner and don’t have knowledge about financial planning then please don’t go with Fincart. Reason isa. The team is incapable of handling your financial documents. They make many typo errors in your financial document which is very critical for your family.b. They only focus on those planning from where they get the commission.c. There is no punctuality for your meeting. Most of the time you will get a response “can we plan this meeting after some time”d. You have to make multiple follow up to execute your financial planning.e. They will make you fool by giving hi-fi Fundasf. 80% of conversation will be irrelevant which will be containing their achievement which is a waste of your time.g. They also use inappropriate word to address their customer6) Don’t go with their initial commitment, I have recommended Fincart to my friend & colleague by seeing their initial commitment but now they all have negative feedback about Fincart.7) If you will complain about your issue to the owner/CEO of Fincart Mr. Tanwir Alam then there also you won’t anything apart from big planning and fake promises.8) Sometimes I feel there is no privacy of your financial data this I realized during the conversation with my planner Mr. Vivek Singhal where he forgets the limit when he starts telling his achievement.Hope this review is helpful for you.
