Very unprofessional and fake event manager.Never trust them.I had to cut a very sorry figure in my daughters wedding when finally we reached the venue.They didnt bother at all about our happiness and Goodwill.Only minting money is their motive.Inspite of repeated requests, they even didnt have the courage to face us and talk to us.BEWARE......

Very genuine, very responsive, very punctual, excellent decoration team, everything that you expect from a perfect planners...they r family now.sorry...my review is bit late, my sister got married in Jaipur, in March, 2020, I got reference of Smita Saurabh from one of my friend, initially i have not planned to hire wedding planners but he forced me to hire them...and after wedding i thanked him many times that he convinced me to hire them, I think i cannot explain my experience, I would just say , nobody needs to think twice just go ahead..you are lucky that you got their reference.

Horrible planning and a more horrible execution.I was at my friends wedding, and by the time i came back to my room- it has someone elses luggage. I had no clue on where my luggage was and who picked and packed it up. On calling Smita, she also had no clue and blamed it on the family. After waiting for two hours, i was told there were no rooms/beds left and i had to fend for myself.In the meanwhile, Smita and her team were happily eating away at the venue without helping me out.My luggage was kept in a random room where they had stuffed 5 people to sleep on three beds.Typical example of how important the grooms side is as compared to the girls.Would never recommend Smita, stay away from the most most horrible planning and events team that Ive ever come across.The only help i got was from the assistant who was polite enough to be present. Thankfully it was all handled in a nice way with us. Didnt appreciate Smita ignoring calls after shouting at me to figure a room at another hotel and never calling and completely ignoring.

With Smita and Saurabh Ji it always felt like someone from my own family is taking care of all the organization. They are truly professional in every aspect. They made all the efforts to fit everything in my budget and gave expert advice wherever required to save money. They were very creative with the decorations especially fresh flowers for stage (both menhdi ceremony and wedding). We literally had to do nothing but just discuss on phone and everything was taken care of by them. On the wedding day, everything was PERFECT!! We will forever be grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a family-like wedding planner.

Hi All ! Me & My close family is staying in Dubai & bride side in US. But both the children wanted to get married in India which was actually difficult task for us. I found Smitas no on google & start communicating her to find out if we can organise the wedding in India as we are staying abroad and can come that time only. The team has managed marriage at Hare Krishan Orchid resort , Vrindavan, Mathura in Feb 2019 . They provide us their services on my wedding reception in November at Seven Seas.We had 2-3 meetings and they provide us with artist and other things as we desire. Really great service providers. He was talked to only eight days before for his brothers sudden wedding. We have made such a great arrangement in our budget that no one is ready to believe it. All friends, relatives, were so happy with the program that they decided to hold their programs there. As far as I remember, in the last one and a half years, I saw him as an organizer in about 15 events. The biggest thing is that nobody has given a single chance to complain. Top work in reasonable prices ....
