The overall experience was good. I had two rounds of interview. The staff was cooperative and sweet.The interview was quite detailed . I got the job. The joining formalities is also fast and efficient.. Right now everything is going well.

They call me for the interview and Mr. Anil was there in Hr/Admin team who took my interview. He told me that you are selected for the position of Hr Executive and he discussed each and everything with me and finalized my salary part also after that he told me that you will get your offer letter after 1-2 days and you have to join on 19-07-2021. I called him so many times for the offer letter but he didnt reverted fot that he wasted my all day and he wasted my so many days, I missed my so many interviews and didnt joined anywhere just because of him. The employees in this company are just wasting time of others they are so irresponsible for there duties.

Management always push you down and behave like that you are labour. Management always demotivate you. Employees have not freedom to talk or to discuss,,,, No matters how you work good or bad, Management check your working hour not work quality,,, increment depend on your working hour not on your work.There is lot of work pressure and for grading they ask the performance of the particular person to the checker too because they are the one Wo are checking their workVery worst company they never think good for their employee only work and workThis company has a very old tradition and worst management Ive ever seen..Everyday youll find a new notice with new rule and regulation.Old staff are playing games with new comers and too much politics. And there is one, the most corrupted man in this(no need to tell name everyone knows)organisation.
