I went to this shop to get my PS4 repairing, my machine was denied by many other service centres but here they just resolved it within 2 days. Besides must appreciate the behavior of staff, they were humble and honest. Thanks 😊

No warrenty what so ever. Got 1 thing fixed in my controller and sm other thing has stopped working in just 1 week. They dont provide any support for that. Theyll charge full amount again. Also their service is very delayed, theyll keep on saying that you can come tomorrow and tomorrow. Dont go there of u vue your time and money.

I have submitted my PS3 and I was out due to family issue. They never contacted me and whenever I asked they said it is in repairing.When I reach the shop they said they don’t have it and they scrapped my PS3 which is worth 26000Unreliable and worst kind of service.

They seem to be in the business of swindling people. Went there with a faulty controller that just needed some cleaning and they told me they would need to change the circuit for 1300₹ without even looking at the controller. This after making me wait 20 minutes after the time mentioned that they open the shop at. Pathetic experience, wouldnt recommend.Update: Fixed the controller myself at home by looking at a few youtube videos. There really was no need to change the circuit or even opening the controller.

Unreliable and very shady kind of people. Avoid handing over your gaming console to them as they are not trustworthy. Had a terrible experience with my XBox repair. Even after keeping it for 4 days, they didnt do anything and returned it. I doubt if the internal parts are intact or they have taken these out

I have gone to Delhi for the repair of my ps4 but those computer repair or fake ps4 repair people have damaged my ps4 .ANDWhen I came on The Gilbird they told me the truth and showed in front of me damaged items and they repaired my ps4 in a very good way it is working like I have buyed a new one.I recommend people not to go to Delhi or somewhere else do come hear and they will repair it in good and reasonable price.

They have repaired my xbox which is impossible for everyone else to repair they are saying to buy me a new one,but when I came here (just trying my luck) and they requested me to give them some time to repair .And finally my xbox is working and now its 1month it is working in fantastic way 👌.

Really bad tbh...I went with my controller the guy checked on his laptop for what part is malfunction so there was nothing wrong in the controller but the circuit of the controller was getting damaged....so they replaced it but charged me 1500...thats ridiculous🙁🤬(if you check it on Amazon or flipkart the circuit cost is 500 max)

My PS-4 controller was not working properly. These guys identified 2 separate problems and charged me for the one problem that I got rectified. It showed me that they were honest workers.1500 rs were charged for the remote- which may be slightly more expensive than a pick and drop service, but the quality of work was pretty good.

For every job you have , they have standard rate of 1500 Rs ..... the controller i got repaired for RS 300, they even without checking it were adamant for RS 1500 even after my continued request to atleast open and check before commenting on repair cost ....
