Disclaimer - I have been working Ingenuity Gaming full-time for 2 years.So, let’s see the cons first –It’s a loop and stuck after 1 year.Only manual testing is in practice.Bonus is next to nothing.No politics is a myth.Leads will kick you out from the team doesn’t matter how good you are at work.A female lead has no professional ethics, she will put her personal grudges on the table by giving the worst rating during the increment.Slowly having coffee will become a mundane task. Though you will learn to enjoy the coffee more than the company.The work itself is usually repetitive and not creative and it gets boring very fast.No consideration of the additional skills (Automation).Outdated testing tools like Bugzilla, Test link are used.Being a QA better to leave after gaining some experience for personal growth.Now the Pros-It’s a good company to initiate the carer for fresher.Flexible work arrangements.A rooftop cafe with good infrastructure.Several perks are offered to the employees.Fun activities are always there to maintain work balance.We can enjoy company parties every three months and rejuvenate ourselves.Coffee becomes your best buddy. You start enjoying your coffee breaksUnlike we hear, our colleagues are very friendly and co-operative (with some exceptions).Advice:A good growing company with lots of improvements.

Good Environment and Helpful Mentors

Initial 6 months were good. Many activities are always there for balancing work life. Its good for freshers as there is so many things to learn.But after sometime you will think that you are inside a loop and stuck. So its always better to move on after gaining some years of experience.

No parking space

What a place! I simply loved the atmosphere. They have top floor which is a cafeteria plus gaming zone. Its really a great initiative from company to provide so much space to the employees.

I started my career from here. Its nice place to work. I simply loved the friendly and positive environment.

Good internal infrastructure and big job opportunities for CS Candidates...

Nice office and cool work but not a good experience with interviewers. The company lacks budget.

I did not like the management here.Management is very biased and i will not suggest anyone to go and join1.No job security2.Rules are different for each member3.salary is not coming on time5.Ty can throw people anytime nd within one day ty will ask u to leave but if a person will give resign by himself ty will not let him go ,and you will not get salary also that is very funny6.Testing is worst department

Worst management and leads they think developers are machine. Keep making pressure. If you say it will take time., Then you will loose your job. One good thing they had done initially in place off firing they reskilled them.
