Very very bad experience with fujitec.All sales staff sitting in Gurgaon are big liers.Its almost 3 months after complete payment but didnt get Material till now.No management.We made a very big mistake by giving orders to them.

I am a resident of Gaur Saundaram society in Noida extension. I personally belive that most of the people dont know how to use the lift in proper manner though it is a machine it should be handle with care in order to get 100% performance.I am staying in this society from last 2 year I am fully satisfied with their performance and ride comfort.Best Japanese lift I have ever seenKeep it up

We are using Fujitec lift in our society and realized that services provided by team is very pathetic. Customer care dont take any call seriously. just they open the ticket after call and without confirmation from customer they close.I raised ticket :T UP 19000787T UP 19000788T UP 19000876T UP 19000961T UP 19000962I faced same situation in all ticket. I will request not to use Fujitec lift in any society

Fujitecs lifts are installed in our society Gaur Saundaryam, Noida Ext. Their performance is very pathetic. Last year there was a incident of lift fall due to the same one lady got fracture in her leg. Recently in the Month of April-May 2019 several instances of malfunction of the lift came in our society due to the same a panic in our society while using the said lifts of Fujitec Company....We are only praying that god may save us from a major accident that happened last year which is enviable any time...Company should come a head and resolve the issues related with the lifts in our society....
