One word - theives. I have taken my Havells heater to them (newly purchased) with the complaint that the heating is not adequate. They said the oil in the radiator has burned out and it needs to be replaced. They charged Rs. 1300 and when I tried it at home the heating is still the same. What I realized is they did nothing but charge money simply as the oil was already present. They charged exhorbitantly for other electrical components as well. A-class thieves. Please dont buy from them.

They are actually thieves, charge very heavily, have no sense of talking, misbehave even with ladies and senior citizens, experts in telling lies and not reliable at all. It is better to go to a distant place instead of going to them for any small or big item. Number one cheats. I (75 year old person) have had very bitter experience which I feel improper to narrate here because of their language.

What makes this place tick is the location. It is the only proper ac, geyser, electrical accessories etc in that area. You need to bargain here to get price reduced. Otherwise the service is quick and reliable. The prices are on higher side compared to online. They make false promises like 5 years warranty etc.

Only reason he has customers is because of monopoly, no other shop for electronics in this area. Thus prices are sky high, too much bargaining is required and even then sub par products delivery. Even after giving a big order all products were nearly as good as junk. No support or service from shop, both people there are least bothered. Now I will rather prefer to travel to other sector than using services of this shop.
