I moved to Noida recently and purchased all my electrical fittings from this shop. The prices were spectacular and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They helped with the installation of all the appliances purchased without any extra charge. They also supported with my timings as I am working. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in Noida. I’ve purchased over 60k+ amount of electrical items from here but customer satisfaction is not that good. This shop is close to my flat so thinking that in mind I kept on purchasing items from here but when it comes to my satisfaction, this shop is a big disappointment.They can offer you good price of an item but the Staff working here is not at all customer friendly. I parked my car 100m away from this shop and when I requested them to carry purchased items till the spot where my car is parked, they refused the same and simply said, “car shop k saamne le aao, hum itni door nahi jaayenge”!Another incident: I’d called their chimney installation guy and he drilled one of my flat’s wall so badly, that I had to spent extra money to get that fixed and the guy had no regret at allTotally Poor management. Worst experience I’ve faced till now.I am sure there are other good electrical shops nearby but this is surely not recommended.
