There is no value of appointments here. You can walk-in anytime and you will get preference even if you have an appointment. Even in times of covid they will make you wait for 60 to 90 mins and that too when you have kids as patients. Pathetic management of patients.

I was very disappointed with the management of icare Noida. They claimed that as part of the covid precautions we need to take an appointment to avoid over crowding. We promptly did that. Then we sat and waited in an over crowded waiting room for 2 hours. My 10 year old daughter and 75 year old gather had to wait and be exposed for a whole 2 hours.
