Its wonderful experience taking our pet for bathing and grooming. Facility is quite spread out in approximately 900 sq. mt area with quite big lawns for pets playing. Pet Store is fully equipped with varied varieties. Boarding facility is quite impressive. Above all, pets are well taken care by the trained staff, specifically under Himanshu supervision who is quite passionate about his venture.

I got reference from one of my friends about XOXOtails. I left my kid Kobe for 7 days as I had to travel. They took personal care of him every day and sent me videos. The staff is really nice and friendly. I wish they open a branch in Gurgaon too (I have tried many day boardings in Gurgaon but never liked any of them). Definitely recommend them. Hi All, today I would like to share my recent experience with XOXOtailsWe dropped bageera yesterday morning for boarding and tried to look for him in the camera access during daytime but was not able to find him..thought maybe its ok and we can check laterBut for around 4-5hours was still not able to trace him in the cam and then reached out to the owner, since it was late so rather than calling dropped him a msg and didnt hear backWe tried to look for him this morning too before going to pick him up, but even then we were unable to trace himWe then went to pick him up and still kept looking at the camera access just to check from where is he being brought and noticed he was kept for all the time in a cubicle (WITHOUT INFORMING US) and when asked with the staff, they totally refused it and said he was not in the cubicle but was sitting on the other side and at the same time when bageera was here, he was literally crying looking at usAfter calling the owner as he wasn’t available at the property, he confirmed he was kept in the cubicle and not informed us about the same.. after loosing trust with two people saying different thing at the same time, we came home and it seems he was ill treated there and now have red spots on his skin which doesn’t seem right to usNot sure if we will find a trustworthy kennel ever but XOXOtails isn’t the one for sure now

November 2020 - I contacted them for my Indian pet, Gunnu.December 2020 - I bought their annual membership and wrote an awesome review for them.And today on 15th Aug, I am deciding to get rid of them, leaving the benefits of my one year membership. Because I want my pet not to be exposed to their dogs in a closed space - all lose and unattended. This seems to be a common practice there, its just I noticed it last night on the CCTV.They will be great with you till the time you keep praising them. But the moment you confront them like I did today, your honeymoon with them comes to an end.Theyd never accept that anything could be wrong with their services, and if you insist on giving bad reviews, theyll threaten you with defamation case. Their exact words - well take you to court and youll be subjected to a penalty which you cant affordSo either you find another space for your pet, and if you dont have an option, take their services but keep a close watch. Your pet wont be able to tell you what happened with her.(Attached is the screenshot of CCTV footage. You can clearly see dogs in a closed spaced, loose and unattended.)

We searched a lot of day care facilities for our American bully and came through Xoxotails and we called up Himanshu, who manages the boarding. He told that they normally dont board American Bullies , but we can try since he was a puppy. Then we took him for few short sessions before a full night stay and eventually he got adjusted.We are really happy with the services offered, especially the last minute pick up and drop. Also we could watch our pet through CCTV as well. We really appreciate the effort they put to understand the puppies before boarding them. Now we always have another home for our Alphy whenever we plan for a trip

Its a true review not paid. I would suggest parents to visit without informing a sudden visit and these people will not allow you. I saw dogs staying outside in open area sleeping in hot area, care taker holding big wooden sticks to threatened the dogs. Believe me visit without informing and they will not let you in and check the way pets are kept.they will say you can see in camera you cannot check hygiene standards in camera. I will not leave my child with them for sure and reviews are fake or paid. Fake reviews hardly cost 50 rs a review.

After scouting extensively for a reliable pet boarding facility for our eight-month-old Labrador Retriever, we found XOXOtails and were pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained the entire set-up was. Benji stayed there with a pack of furry friends for a week and we were delighted to find him happy and comfortable in an alien setting. The best part about XOXOtails is that pet parents get CCTV access, although there is scope for better coverage of the living areas. From what we could see, the pet handlers were professional and generally kind to the dogs under their care. Benji came back home healthy and happy, which is what matters the most. The next time we need to leave Benji at a boarding facility, theres no doubt about where he will be!

THIS PLACE LEFT MY PUPPY BLIND IN ONE EYEWe left our 3.5 months puppy in the morning only to return to find he was bitten in the eye by their own dog and 3 weeks down the line the doctors have confirmed that he has positively lost vision.Here are the highlights of the cruelty visited upon our happiest sunny who left their facility whimpering in pain even struggling to breath.- we categorically mentioned them in written and verbally that our puppy is yet to be socialized with other dogs, so we requested them to keep him closer to humans and under supervision when interacting with dogs. Yet they let a 3.5 months beagle to be attacked by their own Full grown German shepherd. When asked about the accountability, they say such things happen among canines and that we had already signed the undertaking. Absolutely washing their hands off any responsibility.- we were not even informed about the incident when it happened, we only got to know when we arrived and found him whimpering in pain.- They told us it was just a bruise by a fellow canine’s nail, it was after the doctor’s visit we got to know it was a dog bite and his eye was half protruding and was pushed back by hand. It was only after pursuing the matter for hours they accepted that it was indeed a dog bite.- They refused to give us the cctv footage of the incident stating that the incident happened in a blind spot, why would you let a baby pup and a grown dog wander in a blind spot unsupervised.- When we demanded accountability, they shoved us out and offered us money as if we were doing it for money. It was our puppy bitten in the eye and they did not even let us process the horror and started misbehaving and shoving.- Our puppy lives scared of other dogs and cant to see with the bitten eye, I still shudder when I remember his ravaged little face when we returned to pick him up.- They treat your pet like commodity, just a money making mean, they have no love for pets. When we returned to pick our sunny up, one of the “core team member” was wielding a long stick and was smacking it towards dogs.

Its the best dog boarding solution for our family. With one of our friends reference visited there. The Ambience and the way they communicated were satisfied us. So decided to put our fur baby (husky)not friendly with other dogs, for a week for the first time,because of our unavoidable situation. While dropping we met Mr. Ashish,(care taker)who is incharge of every thing there. Took good care with trained people. Mr. Ashish used to send video every day and provided us the webcam facility also. After a week he came back happily, neat and tidy. Its truly a home away from home for our fur baby. Very much satisfied and we highly recommend XOXOTAILS... 😊

I left my dog at Xoxotails for three days. I am very much satisfied with the facilities they have given. Having the cctv access was so much relaxing to watch him anytime what is he doing. The boarding team and the care takers are really good. It was a real a relief to me leaving him with them. They actually take good care of dogs. They have spacious ground for the dogs to play and walk around as well. It is a well maintained place. I would really recommend Xoxotails.

The Indie needed special care as both his legs are injured and is also not very friendly. He lost weight, looked scared and had wounds in all 4 Iegs like someone has beaten him.Please dont get fooled by reviews like me as at the end your will have regrets like me.Worst part is they are the sweetest when you drop your dog and you get the confidence that they will take care of your dog when they ask you your dog`s meals preference n all. In reality, they dont follow 10% of their commitment and never accept the mistakes or open to feedback .Worst experience

We were home sealed by the administration and the vaccination card was in our car which was driven by my Mom post detecting Covid Positive. This information was duly provided to you guys before the pick-up. We even shared contact details of our Vet for you to verify his vaccination records. You never disclosed that Caesar will be caged in a box till we saw the CCTV footage. Let the communication reveal the truth.29-OctoberYou guys not only backed out of your service promises but also on assurances to refund. Pity the way you fleece your customers and specially the ones in emergency situation. I would have given up on the refund but now I will take it up appropriately for the sake of ethics that businesses must follow. ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR NOWunfortunately we had to send our dog to xoxotails because we had a COVID patient at home and could not arrange for a dog-walker. After reading the fantastic reviews and due to the high degree of reliability, we were sure that our pooch would get the right kind of treatment. However, because of the emergency, we couldnt provide these guys with his vaccination card and our dog was kept in a small box like cage for the whole night and the following day. They took him out for small walks but I genuinely saw him in that space, barking and miserable while the other dogs were outside playing. He wasnt the only one in that enclosure, there were 2 more dogs and all of them were kept the same way. How can you handle any living creature this way? And you shouldve informed us about the same if this was how the situation was going to be handled. We had already filled the agreement without the vaccination card before he was sent. Wasnt it your responsibility to inform us that he would be kept like this before you guys accepted to take him in?

These guys are definitely cheaters I left my pet hector for 15 days they provided CCTV to me which was fine and then I saw during night they are left in open area they pee do potty and they sleep there, my dog got Sick, I spent another 15k to save him, money is secondary the pain he and me went through are just our feelings, please please please avoid this boarding if you want your pet to be seen alive 🙏

I had a wonderful experience for my pet here. The best thing here is your pet is not caged, chained or kept in a chamber. They could play and rome around independently. There were always 2 people watching over them and treating them well. Another good service is the live feed that is provided you could always tap into the feed whenever you are missing your dear pet. Gives you a great relief as you dont have to request anyone for video calls and status. The owner Ashish was always very responsive and polite regarding your queries and made sure that they were answered ASAP. He also went out of his way and dropped my pet home as city was about to go in state of lockdown.Overall I could say that I could now travel tension free as I have found a reliable place for my pet to stay for few days.

Wonderful services. Really worth the money. Owners are true dog lovers. Worth mentioning is about the staff, they have appropriate staff to look after your pets. They have a special yearly package for about 3k which is really worth taking and budgeted.

I had opted for the comprehensive grooming package for my Labrador during their independence day sale, which i got for half the price. Though, everything went smoothly the shaving pattern was slightly uneven at places otherwise all the areas were taken care of properly. They have many services to choose from, pretty much everything. Also their daycare centre is a such a blessing for working professionals like myself. The area is a bit secluded but the kind of property they have(which is ideal for dogs) could only be possible in such a place. Overall, my experience was very good and Ill surely go for their services once again.

The best place for your pets. Lovely staff and clean environment. Me and my family thoroughly enjoys going there along with my baby rocky. This is THE BEST PLACE WITHOUT ANY DOUBT.

Kept my pet (labrador) Max for 18 days excluding 2 days of boarding. Was able to keep track of my pet through webcam (24x7 access). Found my pet in great shap and more importantly happy. Thankful for ever !!!. Can now easily drop for few days if situation arises.

Loved the experience. There was great space for my pooch to play as well for me to play with other fur babies. Would highly recommend this place to all the doggo lovers out there. And kudos to the super friendly staff 👍🏻🤗

I have never visited such a great day care for dogs. Its been more than 10 times i have left my dog here and the experience everytime was brilliant. They have an. Awesome staff and awesome service. A must visit place for all the dog lovers no matter if you have a dog or not.

The perfect Pet Boarding in the city, had a very good experience with them. The quality of services they provide is commendable as in providing home kind of environment to pets. The staff maintain good hygiene and care for the pets. Apart from boarding they offer services like pet grooming & accessories shopping under single roof. I can be totally assured leaving my pet over there.

Xoxotails is a lovely place for keeping your precious dog for a stay while you are away. It has a large open area where the dogs gambol around playfully, always under the watchful eye of the staff (in case of unruly behaviour). Grooming services are available and individual, customised care is given. Overall a very nice experience.
