They are picking up, tjey are giving possesions very fast now. In past they were pathetic.

Dont buy any property in Capetown Project they dont want to complete the subvention payment plan as agreement with the costumers. Im very much hersing by the company on breach of terms not given the rent and also not given the installment from the month of May 2019 .

Infrastructure is of low quality!Flats balcony pillars material are tearing out by own and maintenace and managment is veey poor !

Very big society but the transportation facility near this society is very bad. Cabs are also not available easily near this society.
