Enquired about possession status of ATS Allure.Met Ms Ankita and her Associate around 1230 hrs to day.Ms Akita informed that they have received all the Nocs including Fire and Lift etc.and projects utility infrastructure is 95%ready and compliance status has been submitted to the Authorities concerned .She assured Issuance of Possession Offer Letter Of Allure largely by October month end or latest by early first week of November,2021.She is ready to serve this information over e mail to me i.e Buyer.God Bless Me with all the best .Siddiqui

I am buyer of ATS flats and they have defaulted in giving possesion of the flat for more than 2 years now and still their is no sign of handing over the possession. Most of the buyers have paid 95-100% of the amount and ATS is just sitting with that money and using it for other projects instead of putting labour in the existing projects which are pending since so long. We booked with ATS thinking its reputation is good but they have proved it otherwise so buyers please beware from trusting ATS or reading the 5 star reviews as they are fake.

Extremely disappointed with ATS Infrastructure. The credibility of ATS brand as a whole has eroded greatly. Every month you see a new project launch and their old projects are hanging for years altogether. I have booked a flat in Le Grandiose sector 150 , Noida. The project was supposed to be delivered by 2019. Since past two years there is no progress at site. None from the management is accountable. It has become a cycle of unfulfilled promises every few months, but nothing concrete is happening at site. ATS must immediately get its act together and restore some confidence in its buyers.We did not invested in ATS to stand outside its projects and protest with placards.

Totally dissatisfied with the project and it’s endless delays in providing possession to the owners. Having booked in 2016, we are only given empty assurances and promises that the delivery will happen in the coming 6 months. Wonder if ‘6 months’ has an end date. The prestige once associated with the name ‘ATS’ seems to have dissolved in the dust. 6 months seems an endless and hopeless journey!

ATS is not able to complete their under construction projects while they continue to launch new ones. They say they have some serious fund issue. No work is going on in their existing NCR projects for last 2-3 years. Be careful before investing your hard earned money with ATS!

Booked a flat in ATS Le Grandiose Sector 150, Noida in 2017. Flat was supposed to be handed over by Dec 2019. It is still no where close to completion. Surprisingly, they are launching new project every month without considering the completion and handing over of ongoing projects. Hard earned life saving has been invested with builder but no one is responsible. Sad state of affairs.

Don’t waste your hard money on this builder. The reputation they had was years ago. Multiple projects including mine ATS LeGrandiose is delayed by years and builder no action taken.I beg you if you don’t trust many of us Buyers’s who are posting check directly from builder on there old project status. And how they give any guarantees on new projects they are launching.

ATS all set to become another Amrapali!!Horrible experience in dealing with ATS. Booked my flat in ATS Le Grandiose in Sector 150 Noida in 2018 - was assured of possession in 2020. Now for the last 2 years, construction has come to stand-still. I believe, ATS has already charged almost full money from customers and is now giving excuses that it has run out of money. At the same time, ATS is launching new projects every quarter. If things do not improve this month onwards, I will take legal recourse.

ATS Legrandiose project is now delayed for about 1.5 years now. They have major cash crunch, so be careful before buying ATS projects as I heard some of other projects are also facing this issue, please check and verify yourself before investing.

Wish there was a zero or negative star. I have been waiting for my dream house in ATS Le Grandiose, but no update yet from builder. It was due in end of 2019. Worse part their customer support team barely responds to queries. I have not heard from CRM team in years and there is no response to my calls mails. They just want to enjoy hard earned money of buyers, Ats is a fraud company now please dont buy anything from them.

I am disappointed with the tall promises of ATS and no execution. The expectation from ATS was clear communication and help us understand the timelines of delivery and work resumption. However, we received no clear communication from ATS Management.If you have paid amounts in crorers to the builder and sales stop taking calls, CRM doesnt give response then imagine your plight. At the other hand, they are launching new projects and taking over stucked projects of other builders. A lot of effort to build the trust from our side but all in vain if you get dates and nothing happens.It was the worst decision to invest with ATS. The value they created from the quality and timely delivery is lost and they are performing poorer than local builders.

I have bought a flat in ATS LE GRANDIOSE. Projects delayed over 2 years.No compliance with RERA. After paying 100 percent, they are saying that they dont have funds to complete the project. Dont trust ATS, Its not what it used to be.

I am a buyer of a unit in ATS Group. I experience worst dealing with ATS group they are respecting customers only up to initial payment of booking amount. After first payment customers become कष्टो-मर . They are not entertaining customers properly after that. They always avoide to give anything in writing. Their behavior just like a cheater. They are only money minded, they just make money from you....God know what construction quality they will provide...Their behaviours are very pathetic ...I never recommend for ATS group...Going for ATS is just wasting money....Noooooo Never....

Very pathetic CRM and Sales team.. they don’t even answer calls, reply messages or emails. Project delayed, no work going on, possession date crossed but no update from them and even if You keep asking project updates don’t surprise, there will not be any response from sales, CRM and ATS Management, but for sure they will remember you in payment due dates.If you have a bad luck you may deal with them once in a lifetime ..

If one has to waste hard money earned, and beg for your own flat. Then buy a flat in ATS properties. They will do everything to sell you a flat with all rosy pictures and later you can will get Delayed possession, Fake promises and poor customer services. They will behave with you as if you are nobody and after every call with ATS Builder you will repent your decision to buy a flat from them.

Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend anyone to book a flat with ATS.I booked an apartment in Le Grandiose under subvention and ATS promised to deliver in three years (by October 2019). Im writing this review in June 2020 and it seems they will take another year to complete minimum. Now were paying rent and EMI. Typical middle class cheated by a builder problem.False promises at the time of selling - repeated lies from their staff thereafter. At one point they tried to force us into taking the RBI loan moratorium, then promised to take care of all expenses. And then refused they ever said that.ATS is struggling to deliver its projects and their staff is complaining of not getting salaries. So, what does ATS do? Launch a new scheme! Pay 10% now and rest later. In short, theyre broke and want people to give them anything, even loose change counts. Just to keep the ship sailing.

My friend told me these are best builders in NCR. I bought a flat with them, but the arrogance and their greediness at each level keeps on increasing. Till the time you have to pay them you are given importance but as tou make complete payment, you will be treated like you have no existence. They will keep on adding new charges day by day. Very arrogant behaviour by them. The customer have to dig a hole in pocket until you get possession. One star for getting our flat finally.
