My consignment was 70 kg from Kolkata to noida with home delivery . They took 5 days in road shipment and now my parcel is lying at their sector 5 office for past 3 days.The numbers provided on slip are mostly invalid. Very poor service.

The company is good but the staff is not good because the staff demands something extra.

- Pathetic behaviour of the staffs..- Pathetic handling of parcels, literally throwing the packages while loading/unloading..- Hidden Charges

Total bakvash no any care of product, no manner on employee they talk very low quality of words like gavar.

Extremely unprofessional staff.The staff members were eating lunch and asked me to wait for 15 minutes, and I immediately obliged.I started to search for my order as this is a no wall warehouse.The head of the staff shouted at me saying is this your house that youre roaming around? This could have been said nicely but, the guy kept on shouting and argued with my dad who just asked him to speak politely at the least.This place left a sour taste.I wouldnt recommend this place for your courier needs.

Its a good company but they charged triple the rate because it was household stuffs and delivered after so many requests.

Its cheaper gud 2 hav service lik this , staff should be more polite,thy never pic our call,other than this I myself go and pic my parcel thats k, I think home deliver option not available . Thats vrl is cool .. I recommend u all 2 make use of VRL Logistic services

Personal parcels are handed over only between 10 am to 5 pm. Please call and plan your visit. Ensure you carry id proof along with photocopy if you are visiting to personally to pick up a parcel.
