If i could have given them negative rating, i would have. Worst experience with courier service. No help from customer service. Worst communication, they dont know how to talk to customer and have no idea how to resolve the issue. One guy says something other contradicts. Had to wait for half n hr to get hold of an executive to talk to and that also not at all helpful. Received package after a week delay.

Mai kbhi bhi online order place nhi krungi. Ye log logo ka paisa khaate hai mai ab cash on delivery krungi or cancel krdungi tb pta chle kisi ki mahnat ki kmai jb haao se jaati hai to kaisa lgta hai. 1 mhina ho jaata hai ghr ke side mai hi ecom express mai product aajata hai lakin delivery boy bina order ki call kiye cancel krdeta hai product or refund bhi nhi aata naa hi order..I hate you all
