Products are Good but their policy, we cannot buy just one thing.. they say go for one more product.. then only we can do billing . Thats not good.. I saw how that Uncle Aunt felt bad cause they wanted to buy just one product..

I have been to this pantaloons many times and i always find many products i like here. The place is overwhelmed with the range of products and one thing to notice here is that the price range of the products are less than that you find in their own showrooms. Basically this place is the opposite of lifestyle store where they only keep the most expensive products with zero discounts. In pantaloons you can buy almost the same products with less money.

Need to harmonize with the market preferences. All old stock - mostly western clothing.

Im following Pantaloons from past so many years. It was having great collection before, but when I visited it this time, I didnt find anything much great. Covid 19 might be cause for it, otherwise I always have great words for Pantaloons.

Some nice places to eat but shopping stores are almost all closed for good.

Nice place for shopping. Purchased an indian wear for coming summers for my daughter. You can buy some ethnic chick dresses. In Gents section also, a lot at reasonable rates can be purchased. Prices are on little higher side,but the collection is nice. So, would prefer to go again.

They usually have a good collection of clothes and I am a regular customer at Pantaloons. I liked a shirt and bought it last week. The Shirt I bought was defective and when I went to get it replaced I was told that the credit note issued to you will be valid for 30 days only.Also as I am registered customer I was given a choice to return in 90 days instead of 30.I was surprised as all other brands like Shoppers Stop, Westside, Lifestyle, etc give a Credit Note for 6 months for all returns instead of 30.Also the product is defective throughout all stores for XL size as I checked it in another store too of Pantaloons.And yet none of your staff is ready to acknowledge that and help to report it or correct it.Sorry Pantaloons you are off my Shopping list now!

Lost my phone here.. when reached back to figure out where it lost.Comes to know its gaurd has taken it up from try room and kept inside one of his locker..Its keeps ringing but no one picked..Later on pantaloons authority checked again and ..give it backCrack mind ppl if they found phone. why not they announce and kept in some store room locker. As a reason management provided.And not informed even on there help desk or counter.Freaky folks.

I love to do shopping here.Went here to shop Fashion articles.Its one of the best places to buy Mens, Womens and Kids clothing.Sales boys assist you well.They is no seasonal sale active at the moment. It disappointed me a bit.Mostly, you can find the new stock here.

I visited this store twice for family shopping. My experience was bad. During my initial visit, sales team provided 3 gift vouchers of Rs. 1000 each on purchasing of Rs. 13000/- and said that I can use these gift vouchers in next shopping on purchase of above RS. 2500. But, they didnt consider my gift vouchers when I went for shopping next time. Its not fair and shameful... Please stop looting customers

Nice and good collection. But the problem is, you have to pay for carry bag. It doesnt matter you are shopping here 1000 RS or 10000 RS. Local market is much good they provide you carry bag even you purchase of 100 RS items.Think if you are going in Mall, will you go with bags to keep the clothes you purchased?
