Fraud builder, makes false promises, booked the flat in 2014 and suppose to get in 36 months as per builder agreement. The builder is not able to developed 2.5 acer (three tower)In 6 years, should be penalised.

These people are thieves , they have taken the booking amount and kept it after the allotment was cancelled.

I booked a flat in 2017 and it was to be delivered by Dec 2017 and since then they are making false promises every now and then.Everytime they are asked about the delivery of the flat, they have the pet answer, Bus 1-2 mahine me de denge. Only God knows when those 1 or 2 months will fructify. Havent got possession till date and no hope of getting the same in near future.They have ruined the hard earned money of buyers and we the buyers are facing extreme financial and mental depression.

Dont trust them at all ......they are cheater ...they just show construction site and will do lots of promoses....but all in vain ......they dont do anything....no bank loan....no refund ....no on time work.....worst company.
