Once money is paid have to run behind for everything, it’s like a govt office. Can’t trust with basic stuff like if documents have been given to the bank, otherwise once bank loan closes you will realise ur documents are missing.. existing maintenance needs major improvement.Please check with any owner before buying and goto lowest basement to check the status of any construction
