None of their project is delivered on time, they have fooled ppl nothing over it.Total disappointed 😞

Pathetic builder. Takes your money but doesnt give possession. Tons of litigations againsts builder are going on in various courts including high courts and consumer courts but builder remains unaffected and launching new projects freely. Please dont fall in trap and save your hard earned money.

Booked a flat in Antriksh Sanskriti was sold to us with a false possession commitment in 2015 & now we are in 2019 & construction is not yet started. Project is sealed by GDA & no sign of dealing in near future.... :(

We have also filed many cases against the builder in RERA, NCDRC and Ghaziabad District Court and still waiting for possession but no positive response from builder

Very unprofessional builder , booked flat in Antriksh Sanskriti in 2010 , paid almost 95% but builder has not completed the project .
