Booked my flat with Supertech in 2016. As per plan it should have been delivered in 2019. But now it is July 2021, I am along with other buyers still waiting for flat. Supertech took 90% of money in the name of Subvention. I feel like cheated. The owner of this company enjoying our money. They have no sense of responsibility and fear of law. We strongly believe they will be behind bar soon. I never recommend this builder.

Supertech as builder is Pathetic....E-sqare is presently in the middle of no where, however golf course next to it makes a good view of outside..

Big Fraud company, will eat up all your hard earned money & will make you pay both EMI as well as rent, once you book house with fraud Supertech forget about possession & your Booking amount for next 20 years minimum.

We feel that both mr. Manoj Gupta and Sudhir dealt with the Applicant and co applicant reg shifting of existing unit in B-1-B tower to ready to move tower C-5 and deal finalized with the most satisfaction manner. Further, I hope that such service will continue in future also. Thanks

The building and roads leading to sector 96 supertech limited office is under construction. Hence prefer to come by your own vehicle and take service road from sector 99 side.

The building is on sector road on express way, what i didnt liked about the building is the number of elevators they have planned, they simply kept the numbers of lifts low which led to the high waiting time.

They have recently shifted their office to sector 96 Noida. Nowadays they are calling each customer individually and offering to shift their booking somewhere else either within or outside their organisation. I have been little faith in them now.

Went to Supertech (builder) for some work. Have to go via expressway which is dug up and blocked just hundred yards before the building entrance. So you have to take a long detour. Supertech is following covid protocol strictly and sanitising seats etc. properly.So no problem.You will be safe.

If you are planning to buy a property or if you need any assistance then one can visit Supertech office at 21st and 22nd floor. Anyone can walk-in , there are lot of construction work happening in and around , road is closed from one end and also tower is under construction so you will to take route of Jaypee underpass and take left from chowki towards Supertech and at end take wrong side and park your vehicle outside.

Supertech is fraud. Builder have different teams and teams are not sync. Sales guys use to commit different offers and crm have different thoughts. CRM team is full of arrogants and they dont have etiquettes to talk to customers.
