Affordable rent but the construction work is still going on in many towers. Security is up to the mark. Less green space.

Amrapali is one of the outbursting multistorey society with excellent features for elderly to infants. Love the location and ambience.

Pretty nice place with good prospective. Staff is countries and every building has its own security, lounge etc. It looks bit of old due to ongoing real estate slump and recent transition to RWA, hopefully things will settle down soon. The adjoining area is getting developed, connectivity with roads is there now, metro is coming nearby as well. Also the park nearby is well done. With some more trees, that place would be nice add on.

Now NBCC doing construction work for completing complition of old project of defalter Amrapali builder.Atmosphere is very good and secured here.

Overall a good place to stay. The apartments are big and airy. It hasA gym,a swimming pool,A restaurant,parlour,tennis court,basketball court,table tennis etcThe location is also very good. There are more than 10 food trucks in the main road everyday, all of them serving hot and delicious food.

One of the earliest society in that area. Project was beautifully conceptualized, but faced poor execution by management of developer.Good thing are that all flats are airy as no tower is congested and you get nice view from almost every flat. Amenities like school and hospital are very near by and due ti nearby parthala village you get almost everything which you cant get easily in high society market.

Amarpali made it a disaster but now RWA safed it, they did all the repair work themselves. Now, NBCC takes over the charge.

The society is not as good as it appears. I lived there for around 2 years and had very bad experience. There is no maintenance, no security guard in the basement. The main gate guard are not strick about who is coming and all. The swimming pool was not working. I think it only opened for around 2 months. The construction and the material of the wood was worst.
