Poor Service. Customer interaction is very poor. I bought my laptop from here. Some days later i faced a technical issue. When i visited them they responded passively and didnt shown much interest in helping with the issue. After reading reviews of other people i feel that this store is to be ignored as they may destroy your shopping experience. Better visit Nehru Place or other stores.

Poor Service! You guys gave me a used laptop for the price of a brand new one. Dells warranty ended in ten months after purchase. Have been chasing you guys for good 5-7 days now, to update the warranty dates. Will never step into your store now. PS: Didnt want to give you one star but Google says thats the least one can give.

Small and well stocked, Skope has a good range of Dell laptops. VIsitors must bear in mind that this place is open to hard bargaining. The young man running who is the face of the family business promises not to let you go disappointed. Dont we all want to be attended to by an educated young with a pleasing personality????But beware of the over-sell he can indulge in. I was promised an extendable warranty on the laptop I decided to buy, but having swiped my card, I was told that the extended warranty did not apply to the particular model.

Very rude and pathetic experience in this store. On 25th August 2019 i went there to buy a laptop. The staff behaviour is very unprofessional there. the sales person told that your laptop will have 2.3 Ghz processer. along with this he promised to provide wireless mouse as it was on offer. he impressed me with these fake offers and after purchasing i found that the processer speed is only 1.6 Ghz, they didnt give wireless mouse. the sales person clearly said that i havent promised about wireless mouse. i have to argue for almost half n hour but even store manager was started to fight. They sold me a product with lie and fake promises. i will never recommend anyone to buy anything from there. Even though u want to buy anything then just first take everything in written then only buy anything. Otherwise they will promise anything & after payment, will provide nothing and will start to fight. I am very dissapointed with this behaviour and fake sales technique.

After paying for the laptop through credit card they said they would not be able to give the invoice as there is some problem with the machine and will send it the next day through email but its been more then a 2 weeks but i have not received it and now they have stopped picking my calls also.

Very poor after sale service. They cheat the customers. Sold laptop to me but warranty had been started 6 months back on the product when I checked it on Dell website. Moreover product was not registered on my name on Dell. Not resolving my issue even after many calls and personal visits to store.Not buy any of their product.
