The time that they take and the way that they keep delaying and postponing work is pretty bad but its not as bad compared to their customer service which I tell you is the worst Ive seen in years. So yeah dont waste your money or time or sanity on these people.

Very cheap man, 2GB simtronics Ram avail in the market at Rs.650 and he took 850,He took payment in advance but he sent DDR3 instead of DDR2. total loss. He told me that your system needed new SMPS but whenever other service provider checked it was ok and also taking service charge for wrong diagnosis. I never seen this kind of cheap people. Due to his wrong diagnosis other service provider took service charge. Funny thing is that he is my neighbor and he did cheating.
