During the lockdown 1, I randomly came to know about this shop to repair my laptop when shops were closed. I asked for service at home and on the same day he completed the work. Now I never look here and there, If I have any problems related to system, I just placed a call and work gets done. Price is also reasonable and the owner and staffs are so polite and professional. Hi, I went to lappytech for my lenovo ideapad 110, it had restarting problem, self reinstalled os but still same problem. after going to lappytech they replaced ram and it was working fine, professional service, provided bill for ram. great service keep it up.

All reviews are fake, dont visit by the ratings. Visited this place and got replaced my laptop parts with dead parts. They changed my ram, although they kept the same sticker. Laptop is not fixed still. Horrible people, dont know how to behave. They started fighting when I asked them my ram is not the same which I gave you. Never visit.

I had problem with laptop being slow and I reached out to multiple places. Everyone suggested to get my machine formatted and upgrade with estimates of around 2k. Dell Xps XPS 14 L421X shattered Lcd panelAs all the reviews were positive I contacted Lappytech a couple a days ahead to clearify if they a capable to repair my Laptop as I wished.The staff in the office in Ocean plaza is keen to solve issues, but this does not change anything that my experience with lappytech was a disaster.They agreed with changing the lcd-panel for 6,8 k + tax, Deal! 2 days later this wasnt possible anymore, I would need a new assembly. 15.5 k + tax. They claimed the Laptop would be touchscreen. (It isnt. )I agreed as I need the laptop for work( shouldnt have mentioned that) and I was curious for using a Laptop with touch. (Still isnt and will never be)A week later I could pick up my Laptop, which looked heavily violated. Plenty of scratches on assembly and body. A lot of dust on the bottom. ( Thanks for treating my property with care)The Lcd panel showed a black spot in bottom so basically was already broken again and obviously no touch supported. The Lit didnt closed smoothly.They agreed with fixing the issue as it would be the their Job I paid them for in first place.3 days later I could pick it up again, new lit less scratches, screen is working BUT.....The screen brightness cannot be adjusted via Keyboard anymore.No idea if they damaged, disconnected a took my audio card but the Laptop has no sound anymore. The experts claimed it is a software issue. It isnt.All screws are sloppy turned back and I have to keep care losing them.I am not sure if they ripped me off or they are simply not capable of the service they offer. Definitely they lied to me about the availability of the spare part and about the job they did..Please be aware that you receive your laptop in worse condition than before and consider someone else if need help with your Dell or Lenovo.
