Awesome company for IT professionals to work with, nice facilities such as caffeteria, gym, recreation room(with various games like Table Tennis, chess, carrom, etc.), library for reading and technical books, pantry room (with coffee machines and microwaves). Also, there are so many food courts outside in the SEZ Candor campus where you can go in lunch time or in evening. Overall a great experience to work here. Shuttle/Bus/Cab services are also provided at genuine prices. Lot of IT companies/BPOs nearby as well.

Very nice place to work. Good work environment and good amenities inside. But they need a bigger place now.

Good thing about company interview is that at least they provide response for every interview even it is positive or negative .I have appeared there for first round on telephonic and after one week they asked for prepare for next round and gave me some time of 7 days and then f2f interview conducted.Worst part was that they go for another round after f2f saying last round was taken by alternate panel. This was with me, dont know for others.

I went today for interview at sopra steria 135 noida for QA position, the contact person was ANITA - from recruitment team , she was very soft spoken and nice person....I went for the first round ,it was good and interviewer was also very kind.I went for second round...now here comes the black cloud ..there were 2 person who took my interview 1 male and 1 female .The male member came just to satisfy his ego as an interviewer ..he was such a dump that he was looking only for the answer which he knows..he was not sure about how the actual test estimations are done ..he was unethical , unprofessional and literally illiterate . I went to some axis placement for sopra seria.my experience was not good.sopra hr was very rude.name deepak i waited for 3.5 hrs for just telephonic round n got rejected.n my frnd also got rejected for silly reason.i will not recommend this company to anyone.total waste of time.

I visited here for the interview of profile HR generalist role , I qualified here 3 rounds but they told me that you need to put your cellphone in locker till office time even you cant carry single pen inside the office

It is a company with lots of projects and opportunities, which is the good part however along with that a lot of internal politics with old managers sticking to their positions and not letting people grow beyond certain level is a big minus here.

Worst recruiting process HR is totally unexperienced they dont even see your CTC before calling you for an interview, they harres candidates unnecessary by calling them and when candidate appears they offer salary which is half of his present CTC.Guys be tactful from such companies.

I have a worst experience with this company, i already worked here and wanted to get rehired but the selection criteria was worst, without any strong reason these HR people rejects anyone, i would like to advice them to check other companies criteria who actually give better salary packages and follow correct hiring procedures. Low firms are much better than Steria.
