Great work place overall

My first employer!This is a swanky new building theyve recently moved into and its dazzling!!! The overall quality of construction is very nice. Cubicle space is also quite relaxed and does not enter into other persons area at all.

I went for an interview on saturday, during first round the interviewer was speaking in angry way and was in bad attitude. He was acting like, he is a police men and asking for paper of vehicle. In between i said, i want to quit then left the Niit office. So i would like to suggest kindly do not go there, they dont have manner and they dont act like MNC.

NIIT technologies as a company is awesome. I recently joined NIIT Technologies and the culture here is catching and likeable. I feel proud to be here.

Great one but for drive for interview no proper arrangements.

Candidates were called for an interview and there was no proper arrangement for them.It took around 5 hours for an interview to happen and the HR’s were of no use as no proper arrangement, no update to the candidates and unorganised process was followed.In case candiates are planning to visit, make sure to pack your lunch and go bcz till 04:00 pm you might not get any update whether your interview will be conducted or not.P.S. This happened in the mass recruitment process.

At noida location office is good bt parking is not available for visitors.

I attended a walk in interview drive there. Infrastructure of the company was good. The way the drive was conducted by the hr team was very haphazard. The jd of the job was not shared with the candidates. Over qualified candidates were called for a menial job and their whole day was wasted. The interviewer had very poor communication skills and did not know anything about the subject matter. Instead he chose to interview candidates of a subject which has has nothing to do with the job profile. As expected of him he rejected all the candidates that came for the profile showing trivial excuses. This experience of mine gave me a very poor first expression of the company. It is 100% corret. Its my own experience.

Went for the admission, everything was perfect except the document verification process, they allow everyone... doesnt matter you have your credentials or not

Work life balance and other perks depend on the project you are deployed in. Just like any other MNC, HR policies are more in favor of Company rather than Employee. Annual hikes are a bit on the lesser side when compared to other companies.

I come to this place twice and Im not getting positive vibe at all. The way people talk,waste someones day with few round and sitting on chair all day. Wth is NIIT. from security guard to reception everyone look tense and insecure.

Hr police is too bad. After all joining process, HR said, company doesnt provide the ectc. Theny why waste the candidate time.

Very slow process for interview. Even you get select, you have to wait more than 4 weeks to get to know, what is feedback and that is also not sure.

When you given the machine test exam after that u have to wait for results that is wrong when you completed the exam then it should show the popup that u r pass or fail so that do not go for the interview.

I heard a lot about this company will hire through internal reference, even i answer all the possible questions related to manual testing, the technical hrs will somebody ruin other;s life that is not good even niit tech hire through internal references, there is a walkin yesterday 14th spet 2018 at niit kindly hire this is not correct feedback that you didnt groom in the first round already 20 positions are left , kro hire

I cleared the interview in greater Noida office all four rounds and promised to give 40 percent hike.Kanak called me after two days and said they decided to give only 8 percent and didnt give even offer letter . Awful and pathetic
