Good location , upcoming nearby metro station and a vibrant market complex in front of the society.But society is very poorly maintained, flats lack quality, management is pathetic

The place is Good to stay and peaceful as well. It may be uncomfortable for you if you are a Sick person and find it difficult to climb Stairs, as they may surprise you with occasional Lift Blackout and Current Cuttings.The swimming pool here is Non Functional, so do not expect clubbing and Swimming pool.The Gym membership is also reasonable but there are very less machines for exercising and the Quality of Gym is also Low. You can Manage easily if you are a Youngster and have a lot of Patience.Although I would request you to try it out yourself.

Nearest metro station is 5.5km away. Theres a bus stop outside the apartment buy rarely public buses travel around here. Youve to either share auto or use cab services like Ola or Uber. The claim to have power backup but seeing the power cuts, I double if they really have one.This is near industrial area so its highly polluted. You find various fast food restaurants outside but most of them sell food at higher rates than they should. There are a couple of grocery stores and few unisex salon outside. In the society theres a polluted swimming pool. I saw a broken toilet pot near the swimming pool and wiper floating over the water. Sometimes the lifts stop working, then Ive to go down 10 floors using stairs.The security sucks. The guards are irresponsible, they dont keep track of the people entering or leaving the society like other society, they let anyone enter the society. Most of the security cameras are broken. The streets near the society are dark at night, there no proper lighting on the streets, so it feels insecure to go out at night.The area around the society is highly polluted, theres garbage lying around the streets outside and theres high level of pollution due to the constitutions nearby.I wont recommend you buying a flat in this society. I highly regret my stay in Amarpali Silicon City

This place is good. Stayed 6 months in K tower 12th floor, only problem I faced was the lift. Only 1 lift in this tower. If it stucks, workout for everyone😅 Forget about gym and pool. Just for formality. Overall nice place.

A beautiful and well maintained residential building that’s what I would I regard it . There are a huge number of families and bachelors living in the society so you would never feel alone here. The society has got it all in its package like parks ,temples,society halls ,etc. Right in front of the society there is a good market to cater all kinds of need of the residing people.

Its not at all up to the mark construction is broken from outside, maintenance is not good, leakage in so many houses, anyone can go inside without any entry security dont stop anyone, most buildings are under construction only one lift is working, club house is not good, garden is maintain and lots of other issues. Only good thing is market area outside society, near to main road and upcoming metro. Think before buy or rent here.

The coolest society Ive been to since Ive been in Delhi. There isnt any kind of restrictions. Guards are pretty chill so you can visit your friends any number of times you want without being asked a single question. Apartments are pretty cool too. And the rent is also cheap( 15k for a 3BHK flat).

Society is spread in a very large as area.quality of houses is not very good. Good enough only for renting purposes. Metro line will get operational by Dec which passes just in front of the society. This is an added advantage. Markets are available near by. Its better to have your own vehicle to ease your stay here. Its in sector 76 noida.

Great place to shift. The rooms and the surrounding are excellent. There are all the stuff available for your need just outside the apartment. The atmosphere is just amazing. You wont regret coming up here.

A nice option for people looking for an average flat in cheap price. Locality is better as compared to other societies which can be considered better than this in terms of facilities. Near by market area available serving late by 11:00 pm. A very good option for bachelors

It is a great place to live. The society has basic amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, badminton and tennis court. It is a calm society and you wont regret living here as it has a great market facing it.

Good society to live in but its old so most of the towers are either in bad state or under repairs. power backup, water and wifi services are good. basement parking is a little scary. nearest market is just outside the society gate and is pretty much like a supermarket, u will find most of the stuff there and yeah one last thing, nearest ATM is approx 1Km...

Amrapali Silicon City is located right on the main road with easily accessible gates. Houses are good and are available in various sizes and designs. There is underground parking facility for every house but the basement is still mostly under construction. Security guards are always posted on main gates and building gates. Elevators are nice and big but there is only 1 or 2 elevator per building

Not a Bad place to stay, though lifts are not functional all the time. You wouldnt find any dustbin in the society. Car Parking is Available. Swimming Pool is not functional.Gym is better but they started charging ₹500 per month for it.You can find better place in same price nearby.

Society is spacious, airy original garden with trees. But society is incomplete as Amrapali not completed the project. Court case is going on supreme court against the developer. No registration has been started as Amrapali has not paid the dues to Noida authority. Lastly very bad maintenance and security. Everywhere dirty. Owners who got possession also not paying maintenance properly. I will not recommend for stay as rent.

The society is quite infamous for almost all the things associated with it, from the construction quality of its towers to the safety and security aspect for its residents. Its rather a trend now in Noida and around to strongly discourage people planning to purchase or rent a flat in this society because of the countless dubious distinctions Amrapali Silicon City enjoys.

Amrapali is under scrutiny of Supreme Court of India and their construction quality is very poor.. builders are not maintaining anything.To sell n rent the cost have been reduced as compare to other society at this place but like its famously said Cheap things come at it cost and here it could be anything

Of all Amrapali societies that i have visited, this one is well constructed and the most beautiful of those. Living here is not that costly and amenities given are more than required.

Cant give lower than that. Everyone is aware of how bad is Amprapali groups name in real state. And this place if another gem to Amrapali. My friends live over their. They construction work is being completed by other builders now. Security is zero. No one is there to address if you face any issue with its premises. My friends bike was theft from basement and guards was just sleeping. Worst security ever seen. Stay there on your own risk. Their gym just sucks. Only one elevator works at tower N. There are ample reason to give this society 1 star. Dont buy any new flat or reselling flat here.

Great location but the overall maintenance of the society is very poor. There is a market just next to it which is active till 11 PM as well with abundant eateries as well.

Project is good but Amrapali could not complete it. Its a total mess now. Incomplete towers and other infrastructure. Maintenance is not able to handle since they do not have much revenue. They charge for using swimming pool and gym. Total injustice to the buyers who spent their lifetime income to fullfill their dreams. Safety and security is a big concern. Have witnessed some incidents of thief where thieves attempted to steal expensive motorbike in broad daylight from within the campus. Security guards complain that they are not being paid their wages on time. This society requires urgent attention.

Construction quality not upto the mark, worst part is the maintenance, residents have to take their own initiative for getting kids park and basement parking started. Overall and average or below society, residents are good and supportive here

Amrapali is known for its below average construction. There are lots of complaints regarding the construction material and quality of the houses. Its one of the oldest construction here in sector 76 so many modern amenities are missing.

I have a flat here. Not a good place as builder Amrapali has not done quality work. Good market at both its entries. Graveyard in front of society so take note before purchasing flat here. Metro station(under construction) exactly in front of society.

Nice apartments. Security guards at the entrance. Cctv installed. Security at the entrance of each block. Overall a nice structured apartment. Spacious. Nearby market is an add on point.

This is a residential complex consisting of 20 towers each having 16 floors. There are 8 residential flats on each floor. So the whole complex accommodates more than 2500 families. There is almost every amenity inside the complex such as temple, sportsareas (both outdoor and indoore games) parks, swimming pool, security system set up and power back up. On back side of the complex there is well maintained shopping complex catering day to day needs of residents. Well guarded complex . The only shortcoming is the common areas are not well lit and quality of constructions of dwelling units is mediocre. A suitable place for living in a safe and peaceful area having all amenities.

The apartments are nice and spacious, The society is also in a good location, but the maintenance department isnt that good, some lifts dont work the society isnt maintained that well if you compare it to others. But all those things can be ignored as those are the problem of most of the societies today.

This society has good market area and good market though but the flats are in bad condition like flats arent completed and every wings has only one elevator. So its not a good place to settle.

Its a good housing complex if you want to stay as a tenant. Well maintained, good security Arrangements, huge area. Try to get an apartment near the gates. Also, there is a local unorganized market run by some Bengalis and an organized market for groceries, medicine, food. If you walk a little towards Barola, you will get a liquor shop.Dont even try to buy a flat here. The developer Amrapali is bankrupt and there are several litigations. Not a good property for buying.

Me and my dozen other friends booked the flat 5 years ago, paid everything 1 and half year ago but there is no sign of getting the possession in next 6 or 12 months for 90% of us. Please beware! Those who are appreciating the builder must be their agent or employees.

The building is in tatters. One earthquake and I believe it will fall down. The lift in the building i stayed in did not work for days and even elderly people had to come down the stairs. Sometimes from the 12-15 floors. The maintenance is extremely poor. Their are safety concerns as I have seen the guards allowing people inside the campus without any proper check. The area around though is healthy with established markets on both sides of the building.

Great big society with ATM on gate and food court is available just on the other side of the road from the society.
