Ebix gave me a platform to enhance and build up my career as a fresher. Environment is too friendly and managers are too cooperative. Ebix is a MNC company and to start a career from MNC is very helpful.

Worst companyThey are cutting 50% salary in this covid-19 pandemic instead of working from home. Apart from this there are multiple things to dislike1.No career growth2.No appraisal cycle like It takes 2-4 years , only management knows when they want to give appraisals3.Not covering Insurance since last 1 years5.Stopped all facilities like meal , gym other things6.No teams gathering and party interaction7.No onsite opportunities

Such a horrible and torturous experience of giving interview in Ebix. The HR team is really pathetic in terms of everything. The HR Manager Harsh Jain who is a egoistic, rude, intolerant person who doesnt not even know how to behave with a person coming for the interview. They will call you for the interview and will make you to wait for 8-10 hours in the company without even letting knowing the person that what the hell is going on. Moreover, after your interview nobody will bother to inform you about the feedback. If anyhow you will try to contact the HR(Harsh Jain), he will ignore you completely and will not even let you know the feedback if you are selected or not. Such a useless recruitment team they have. And when comes the salary portion, they will not consider your current package and will provide you with the negative package. They have total biased HR team and they create unnecessary politics. This is the worst recruitment team I have experienced.

Ebix basically works in BFSI, Insurance and healthcare domains. Interview process is very good people and HR are very cooperative.Company infrastructure is awesome. Their Red themed reception gives pubs feel. Earlier Company building was also red coloured but now it turns into golden. If you see the company from out side it gives the feel like temple.

They took my whole day for an intervirew and in the last they said we can not provide you expecting salary even though they offered me an amout which lower then my previous salary. Very lazy in interview process and donthave any infrastructure for interview candidates. Most important thier HR dont know how to behave with Someone. Never recommend to go there, waste of time and money.

I had visited for manual tester walkin . The process was worst . Worst experience ever. They taken around 6 round and after that they call me let u know and hr was sarcastic .

Such a worst HR I have ever met with this company,she does not have courtesy.She need to learn & get some soft skills & interpersonal skills.I cleared my Profile interview after that i met with her & she tooks Drastically interviewd.& nobody is giving a proper feedback after all clearance & they will forcfully tried to give negative package & then no resonding.

Sorry to say...But I am having a worst experience with this company & their process of hiring.I receive a call from HR on the basis of my profile & he scheduled my interview & confirmed me via mail. But I didnt receive a interview call as per schedule .Then,after inquiry Hr given me another schedule for interview but still I had not received any call.So, this is truly unprofessional.If you are not available for taking interview then why are you scheduling it.

Unprofessional interview process . They keep on calling for many days for interview round but wouldnt provide with feedback..Job discription is also different from actual work..

Worst organIzation to work with .Bad communication internally . Candidates who come for an interview have to wait for hours and hours and are not be handled on time atleast . I personally was been called twice and was kept waiting for 8 hours . After requesting again again to be interviewed management was so bad that they took my whole day and eventually the profile they called me , as per them was not having the requirement however asked me to join lead generation or sales instead of going through my cv as all experience I have was for customer management.Along with me there were 3 more candidates who waited for there whole day and eventually were frustrated . that is a torture for any Candidate coming for an interview . Such a irresponsible behaviour of the people working there .SHAMEFUL FOR THE ORGANISATION.

EBIX is situated in NSEZ, NOIDA Phase II. The outer view resembels like a temple. It provides financial an IT assistance to medical and insurance industry. I came here for an interview but unfortunately was not selected, but friends believe 5 hrs inside this company were the best hours of my life.

Most PATHETIC system i have ever seen....no management is their, they called a person for interview and after a month they said you are shortlisted for the same and come for the final discussion and join after 2 days. and dn at the joining date they said sorry ur profile is on hold nw....its nt yet done...dey still call aftr sm days on short notice at 8pm and said come for final documentation n join our company on coming days, and when i went their they interviewed me again.(its was 3rd time). and on that day the Manager said to me we will call you tomorrow for the confirmation and if u wouldnt get any call to sochna this chapter is close....n job itni easily nhi milti.....such a bast***i traveled their 4 times and the behavior was just unprofessional...they harassed me many times...so please think before you go for any interview..
