No doubt the quality is unmatched . There couldnt be great quality than this . Print quality and pages used in printing both are superb .But the binding (glue binding) is something which cannot be done by anybody else in the market , whether online or offline . Binding is undoubtedly unparalled . Hats off to their quality .I would request the team to dispatch the product a bit earlier .

I am all praise for the professionalism and service rendered by PrintOnWeb. Approached them for a bulk order to print 120 copies of Tatler (kind of Year Book) for our college (TNAU) group. The order was to print 280+ pages in colour, bind in hard-cover and ship the copies to various locations in India and abroad. The Tatler was of very sentimental value to all of us, and wanted that the job to executed meticulously without any flaw.We were bit anxious in the beginning as we had never done this kind of work online, and there would be no second-time as it had to be done right in the first instance itself.But, right from the initial sample copy to the final print, it was a fabulous job. It has been more than 20 days since I ordered. Till now they have not delivered when they promised in 5 days. Now neither they are delivering, not responding and neither returning my money. I had my exam for which I had ordered print out, now that exam is also passed.They are highly unprofessional. I would suggest public to look for any alternative printing site rather than going for this loot.They are pathetic.

Most of the review if you read carefully will tell the issues with this company. They could not print and send a sample for Rs.300 in 16 days. I called more than 8 times every time they said by tomorrow it will be dispatched. If your time is joke then use it. I ordered same book from 2 places and the other one delivered in 4 days with quality print (not naming to avoid promotion).Respect your time, stay away. You will get better product and service in almost same price at other places as well.

Printing quality, binding and packaging is good. They are doing great job. No one will give in offline this price point what they are giving. Printing+Binding+packaging+Courier = 422 rs for 560 pages. (0.75 per page.).only one drawback as others are pointing is that the delivery time. It take 13 days to deliver my order( DTDC take 5 days to deliver it to my location and PRINTONWEB take 8 days to print and ship the product), too much as compared to other providers. Its been 10 days. My project work was supposed to reach my university by 30th. I have ordered for 2 project thesis prints along with hard bound binding on 21st. Called them multiple times and they have always assured that they will be delivering my thesis. They just delayed the print time, it took about 8 days to print the books and then 5 more days to reach at my home. Apart from this the support from Print on Web is awesome. The print quality is also good. The binding is so neat & clean. I printed 6 ebooks here.

We have ordered for Royal executive bond sheet printing for our letter heads. They have printed in excel bond paper and print quality was very poor. The trimming of the edges was also erratic and white margins are seen in many pages. Absolute waste of money. Shabby work. Very disappointed. Not recommended.

Work done was great but it costed me so much time

Just one word for this company-- FANTABULOIS.....I was delighted to see the delivered product.The quality was top notch. The paper used was really good and thick(even though it was 75gsm only). Binding was also really good. I ordered a 500 page document to be printed and soft binding. And about the price--hats off man. A 500 page book with soft binding only cost me 370rs. which is very very cheap price than normal market printing shops. I would definitely use their service in future and would recommend to all. Although my order arrived little late (12 days), but i am okay as great things take time.

The price of printing is competitive.My first order quality was good. So i repeated the order and the quality was not good. As mentioned by another user in review it was faded. I took the screenshot and sent an email to customer care. There was a prompt response and a new copy with good print quality was sent without additional charges.The photo album quality is not great. Its just OK. I would recommend not to order photo book/album unless you are ok with price and OK quality prints.

I placed an order for document printing. The website in itself has made the entire order placement process very simple with minimal human intervention. I contacted the company on WhatsApp and always got a response. So ordering and support both are good. Next comes the product delivery- it was delivered through a good courier company and hence no cutting corners done on this part. The document was nicely packed in bubble wrap to prevent any damage during transit. The document was neatly printed and thoughtfully bound, I am very happy with the job done by them.
