UClean dry cleaners.I truly understand and agree that some reviews are genuine by customers and some are asked for to get some discounts.My review is 100% genuine and this is my own review after availing the services from UClean.I got couple of suits and 1 party wear sherwani dry cleaned through Uclean dry cleaners, sector 62, TOT Mall market, Noida.Though when I received the dry cleaned suits and sherwani were well packed in a Recycled Plstic cover along with a hanger.I open the package after coupe of days when I had to leave out of Noida.To my notice, I realized, none of the suits along with the sherwani was dry cleaned. The Sherwani had black marks/spots and Suits were like just sent the same way without dry cleaned.I did call UClean and spoke to Mr. Rohitash, who does speaks good English.I shared the pictured of the so called dry cleaned suits and sherwani through Whatsapp and he assured to have it dry cleaned again. As I had to leave early morning, I informed that the same will be given to him when I comeback from holidays.Mr. Rohitash did say to me that once the dry cleaning is done, they are not opened by him or the people at shop to check, they are delivered to customers at home as a service.Good service. But, again, a flaw that the shop should be aware of the work being done.Everyone is busy today and I didnt get time to send him the clothes.I messages him on whatsapp to have my clothes picked up from my home, to which till toay December 26, 2019, I did not got any response.Further I decided to have the public be aware of the shop.The pictures are attached. Have a look and BE CAREFUL from the so called paid reviews for the shop.Keep up the good work, I am sure I will not at all recommend anyone else to your shop.All the money wasted.
